I don't want to assume that my redirect on Texas would have priority over the other person's redirect on texas. The best way to avoid texas's shot being redirected by scum is for texas to idle the shot.

yes, I would assume they have the same priority, and aren't things in conflict with the same priority decided by coin flip? idk I always try to design games so that priority conflicts are impossible but bleh.
