Any way this can be coded as an OM? It's basically Frantic Fusions (playable on ROM) combined with Scalemons. You could use Shininess to determine secondary typing.

So, this’ll only have the actual impersonators in the meta game. I can’t see it becoming an OM because of its similarity to, well, Frantic Fusions.
