What is the bug?
As of right now, /nds does not show Heatran when looking for Pokémon that learn Rock Climb, despite it learning the move in gen 4 (/learn heatran, rock climb and /nms heatran, confuses confirm as such). I am not sure if this is a symptom of a larger scale issue, but it is worth mentioning in any case.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
/nds rock climb, fire, steel --> result: "no Pokémon found"
/nms heatran, confuses --> result: "Rock Climb, Swagger"
/learn heatran, rock climb --> result:
In Gen 9, Heatran can't learn Rock Climb because:​
  • Heatran's move Rock Climb can't be transferred from Gen 4 to 9.

Rock Climb was an HM in Gen 4, and HM moves couldn't be transferred from Gen 3 -> 4 or Gen 4 -> 5. Neither /ds nor /nds should show Heatran as learning Rock Climb. The only bug here is with movesearch claiming that Heatran can learn it. It's not anything to do with the Natdex parameter; /ms5 heatran, confuses also errorenously returns Rock Climb.

For the developer: it looks like the root issue is with dex-species#getMovePool including those pastgen HM moves when they should be excluded.
