Partially Approved Improve /tier all

Hello, I am making the following suggestion:


When we did /tier all, we have the list of all tiers.

I propose to add a read-me (read more) so as not to have a big message. Like some commands. If it’s approved, I’ll take care of it.

I'm OK with it, but it should be expanded by default when you use the / version.
