OK I will put them in OU (Palkia/Dialga/Azelf). Agree'ing about Uxie and Mespirit. About Shellos being outclassed by Geodude/Buizel, it might be outclassed by Buizel, but it's the outclasses Geodude by having a type advantage over him. On Turtwig>Shellos, it depends on the moves you teach them. If you have a Shellos with Ice Beam Turtwig loses and if Turtwig has a grass move Shellos loses. But I'd say there equal.

Ponyta... Sure. But Kadraba, Geodude and Haunter still stay in BL because Mekkah said trading is not counted.

One thing about EV training: If you're grinding JUST for the EVs, you'll only get a few stat points. Remember that at level 50, it takes roughly 8 EVs to equal one stat point, and for in-game it's not reasonable to assume that you were lucky enough to get PokeRUS. Grinding for EVs against low-level stuff that will only give you a few extra points in a single stat is not a good use of time when you could have been grinding for experience points that would give you level-ups, which give you a few extra points in EVERY stat (not to mention a slight boost in attack power that enters in during damage calculation).
