Infernape (Stealth Rock)

I'm going to give this a no to this on the basis that Infernape can basically give up a moveslot, put in Stealth Rock, and do whatever it wants afterwards, like Navi Celebi. Even then, forgoing a coverage move leaves much to be desired on something as limited as Infernape.

Pretty much what everybody before me said.
 
I am not certain enough to outright reject this set yet, since SR Infernape may function similarly to SR Mamoswine on-site (sets up SR by forcing switches; provides useful offense other than SR). However, AccidentalGreed does bring up a valid comparison to the Non-choice Attacker Celebi on-site, which has SR as an AC mention. If time permits, I may try this set out myself, but logs / replays of your own would be best, Lightz911.
 
ugh please no. it's almost never worth sacrificing a pokemon to get only stealth rock up. focus sash sucks with weather, hazards, and everything else. i'm not even sure what team this would fit on. HO? use fast deo-d and you can get TWO layers up. balance? use something that doesn't die immediately after setting up rocks. if you run SR with LO then you're losing an important coverage move, so you're better off just firing off attacks with four moves. sorry, but sr is OO options at best
