To all inheritance players and newcomers:
Hello everyone.

Autumn is finally upon us, and with it finally comes the second Inheritance forum tour of the year!
For those new to the fray, Inheritance is a metagame where Pokémon can "inherit" the movepool and abilities of another Pokémon, replacing their own. You can find all the knowledge you need to get started with the meta here.

But wait, there's more!

Skymin's near-unrivaled speed tier and Cresselia's great potential as Stored Power abuser are gonna shake things up quite a bit, so let's see how creative you people can get!
(I was gonna free yet another mon, but Don rejected my request, quoting "no dunfan, we can't free mega ray":pika:)

And now, the Tournament Rules:
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • The banlist for this tournament follows the current implementation on Pokémon Showdown, found here.
  • Shaymin-Sky and Cresselia will be legal from Round 1.
  • Best of three, single elimination.
  • If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
  • Battles should take place on Pokémon Showdown! or the Tournaments server.
  • SV cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
  • Replays are required!
