First I must thank Kotaku for bringing me to this forum! and I would like to share my friend code with anyone willing to trade with me and find out my values. and I will GLADLY share any and every shiny egg I can hatch!

I keep getting the following error:
"A device attached to the system is not functioning", followed by "Virtual Router Plus could not be started."

Any guidance on what I may be doing incorrectly would be much appreciated!!
 
My Friend Code is 1246-8709-6303, how do I start finding out what I should do next (My desktop is not wireless so I can not run the program to find out the values myself and I own a Tablet and it wont work either.)

I have Pokemon and Eggs for which ever I need if anyone can just tell me what to do next.
