I'm with the same problem than Rouxer :/

Anyway, my TSV is 34
I need: 1792, 1810, 1128, 1952, 909, 2703, 3663, 3039, 2892, 3704, 230 and 2298.

Also I understand you can't get this to work if your main way of accessing the internet is by using your phone as a wireless hotspot (which I do). However would a prepaid usb modem stick be any different and solve my problem?

I have got my SV. It's 1408.

Can anyone help me with the question though?
 
And to answer your question Jarrod, I use my phone's internet when I use Instacheck. Instead of wifi-tethering though I tether through USB. Works fine for me.

But adding a 2nd wifi card to your computer (usb dongle or internal card) would work as well, as it provides a free wifi card to create the hot spot for your 3ds
