Instacheck Hotspot -- a fast Pokémon checker for XY

Can someone troubleshoot my setup? Everything should be working, because the sharing is enabled on my laptop and my DS finds the access point, but can't connect to it...
 
Alright so I did everything and it worked perfectly once, then I tried to do it again and I can't get it to work. This keeps showing up:

The service cannot accept control messages at this time. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070425)

Any suggestions?

List everything you've already tried to use to correct this issue.

Try to allow the network through your firewall, control panel, network sharing alternatively try to enable sharing networks through the same process.

Attempt 2:
1. Open Network Sharing and Center.
2. Click Change adapter settings at the left tab.
You window will be like this :

3. Right click Wireless Network Connection 2.
4. Click disable. Then right click again and click enable.
5. Open Virtual Router Manager and Start Virtual Router.

If all else fails you are welcome to try the standalone version and create a hotspot with connectify.
 
Looking for someone with SV of 211 2520 or 3774 giving away a 5 iv perfect charmander for the help to hatch my egg My SV is 1403 if u need to hatch ur own

Or you can do a giveaway and give them away, I fail to see how that's a flaw when you could never release them technically.

Because not everyone cares about IV's and not every 'failed' egg is a failed egg to others. I got a 6IV egg, I gave out a bunch of 4-5IV'd eggs. They're still useful for breeding and still make people happy.
