An amazing Defense stat combined with a fantastic Speed tier and access to STAB Body Press makes Zamazenta a potent late-game cleaner, especially in conjunction with Iron Defense. Crunch is used to prevent Zamazenta from being walled by Ghost-types such as Gholdengo and Dragapult. The last moveslot is fairly versatile; Substitute makes setting up multiple Iron Defenses easier and protects Zamazenta from status, while Heavy Slam hits Fairy-types such as Iron Valiant and Enamorus for high damage. Rest can also be used in conjunction with a Lum Berry to offer a one-time reprieve from Zamazenta's lack of recovery. 168 Speed EVs let Zamazenta outrun Dragonite after a single Dragon Dance, Choice Scarf Hoopa-U, and Dragapult that lack a Speed-boosting nature. Maximum HP EVs are used in order to survive Moonblast from Choice Scarf Enamorus and Tera Dragon Dragapult's Draco Meteor. Leftovers's passive recovery makes Zamazenta even harder to kill and is vital for its longevity due to its lack of healing moves. It also synergizes excellently with Substitute due to offsetting the move's HP cost. Lum Berry synergizes well with Rest and can also protect against other status effects in a pinch, but it is less reliable due to it only healing once and leaving Zamazenta vulnerable to chip damage from entry hazards. Tera Steel gives Zamazenta a fantastic defensive typing, letting it soak up Fairy-type attacks from the likes of Hatterene and Iron Valiant before retaliating with a STAB-boosted Heavy Slam. Tera Electric is another solid defensive option that lets it beat Zapdos, giving it an immunity to paralysis and a resistance to both of its STAB attacks. Lastly, Tera Fairy, in conjuction with Heavy Slam, gives it an advantage over other Zamazenta and Iron Valiant. It also enables it to better check Baxcalibur and physical Dragapult.

Zamazenta fits well on offensive teams, including hyper and bulky offense. Galarian Slowking makes for a great partner due to its ability to sponge hits from the Fairy-types Zamazenta despises, mainly Iron Valiant. It also provides offensive support with Future Sight and makes it easy for Zamazenta to get in with Chilly Reception. Other pivots, such as Landorus-T and defensive Zapdos, are appreciated so that Zamazenta can get in safely; the latter is especially useful for absorbing Flying-type moves and punishing Pokemon such as Sneasler and physical Iron Valiant with Static, negating any potential Speed boosts via Unburden or Booster Energy and enabling Zamazenta to revenge kill them. Due to Zamazenta preferring Leftovers, it is easily worn down by entry hazards. Great Tusk and Corviknight both provide hazard control, with the former also being able to set its own hazards to wear down the opposing team and the latter providing excellent defensive synergy, checking Fairy-types such as Azumarill. Wallbreakers that can muscle through Zamazenta's checks and weaken the opposing team are appreciated. Baxcalibur can help remove Zapdos thanks to its strong Ice-type STAB attacks, Choice Scarf Enamorus provides speed control against Dragapult with a Speed-boosting nature and has a favorable matchup against Iron Valiant, and Choice Specs Gholdengo helps cripple physically bulky Pokemon such as Dondozo with a combination of its sheer power and Trick. On hyper offensive teams, Curse Dragapult is a great screens setter due to its high Speed stat and ability to set up on more passive threats as well as get Zamazenta in safely by causing itself to faint with Curse.

Crunch is used to prevent Zamazenta from being walled by Ghost-types such as Gholdengo and Dragapult, hitting them on the switch for decent damage. The last moveslot is fairly versatile; Substitute makes setting up multiple Iron Defenses easier and protects Zamazenta from status, Heavy Slam hits Fairy-types such as Iron Valiant mention other fairies, i.e. enamorus and hatterene for high damage, and Rest, in conjunction with a Lum Berry, offers a one-time reprieve from Zamazenta's lack of recovery. 168 Speed EVs lets it outrun Dragonite at +1 as well as Choice Scarfed Hoopa-Unbound and Regidrago regidrago is rather mediocre, perhaps mention smthn like adamant dragapult here instead. Max HP is used in order to let it survive Moonblast from Choice Scarf Enamorus and a Tera Dragon Dragapult's Draco Meteor. Leftovers' passive recovery makes it even harder to kill and is vital for its longevity due to Zamazenta having no healing moves. Lum Berry is only recommended if Rest is being used, letting it wake up immediately; it also provides protection against other statuses in a pinch lum w/o rest is a thing, rephrase this to say that it can prevent burns from stuff and can also synergize with rest. Steel is the primary recommended Tera type due to its rephrase this to say something like "tera steel gives zama a..." fantastic overall defensive profile, notably giving it a resistance to Fairy- and Flying-type attacks from?. It's especially recommended if Heavy Slam is being run due to bolstering its power. Tera Fairy gives it a resistance against Fighting-type attacks, letting it win 1v1s against other Zamazenta and improving its matchup against Iron Valiant while also giving it a useful immunity to Dragon-type moves from the likes of Dragapult and Baxcalibur. Electric is another solid defensive option due to the type having only one weakness which primarily targets Zamazenta's high Defense, as well as having a useful resistance against Flying moves. Additionally, it grants it a paralysis immunity, making it a good check against Zapdos. Fire gives Zamazenta an immunity to burns, improving its matchup against Skeledirge and Cinderace ace runs wisp a lot too + tera fire zama takes extremely minimal damage from bulky ace pyro ball, while also granting it a resistance to Fairy moves. Notably, unlike Tera Steel, this does not make Zamazenta weak to Fighting make these into one sentence among the lines of "it also gives zama a resistance to fairy while remaining neutral to fighting" or something like that, giving it an improved matchup against Iron Valiant.

make sure to say "tera (typing)" when referring to the tera types

start this part with establishing what kind of teams zama fits on, i.e. hyper offense, offense and bulky offense.
Zamazenta makes for a great defensive pairing with Slowking-Galar due to the latter being able to
rephrase this to say something like "galarian slowking is a great defensive partner for zamazenta because..." sponge hits from the Fairy-types Zamazenta despises, namely Iron Valiant. It also provides offensive support with Future Sight and makes it easy for Zamazenta to get in with Chilly Reception. Other pivots, such as Landorus-T and defensive Zapdos, are appreciated; the latter can notably take on Pokemon that abuse Flying-type moves such as Zapdos-Galar gzap is very niche, perhaps mention tornadus-t here instead and Sneasler, and potentially punish them latter with Static. Zamazenta also fits well on Dual Screens archetypes, which further bolster its already-impressive bulk. see first comment Curse Dragapult is a great screens setter due to its ability to set up on and deal heavy damage to bulky threats, as well as for being able to get Zamazenta in by causing itself to faint with Curse. Due to Zamazenta preferring Leftovers or Lum Berry, it is easily worn down by hazards. Great Tusk and Corviknight both provide hazard control, with the former being able to set hazards to wear down the opposing team and the latter providing excellent defensive synergy, checking Fairy-types such as Azumarill. Breakers that can muscle through Zamazenta's checks and weaken the opposing team are appreciated, such as Choice Specs Enamorus and Choice Band Hisuian Samurott band hsamu is pretty niche, perhaps mention something like av hoopa-u or ursaluna; the latter's ability to set up Spikes with Ceaseless Edge to further wear down opponents is also greatly appreciated.

(just say neutral-natured pult instead of adamant because specs can run modest too and it's the exact same speed tier) Max HP is used in order to let it survive Moonblast from Choice Scarf Enamorus and a Tera Dragon Dragapult's Draco Meteor. Leftovers' passive recovery makes it even harder to kill and is vital for its longevity due to Zamazenta having no healing moves. (you could mention synergy with sub if you wanted too) Lum Berry synergizes well with Rest and can also protect against other status effects in a pinch. (but is overall less reliable because you only heal once instead of passively + zama can get chipped by hazards etc) Tera Steel gives Zamazenta a fantastic defensive typing, notably giving it a resistance to Fairy- and Flying-type attacks from the likes of Hatterene and Tornadus-Therian. (torn / flying moves in general aren't really that relevant so the flying resistance doesn't really need to be pointed out in the same way the fairy one does. tera fairy is nice mainly to flip the type chart on ival/enam and kill them with slam. if you wanna keep flying mention then zapdos is probably better) It's especially recommended if Heavy Slam is being run due to bolstering its power. the tera types section as a whole is really type charty - what you're doing here is saying "tera fairy gives it a fighting resistance, electric gives it one weakness" which is just the type chart knowledge. analyses want to go further than that and stay away from dex info / stuff you can google. instead, you want to relate it back to the ou metagame - tera fairy allows it to check dragapult/baxcalibur is useful, tera electric lets you bpress into zap without fear of paras / just beat zap in general. this kind of info isn't something searchable elsewhere and where analyses have a niche

you should alos make sure your paragraph order follows the set order - tera steel should be mentioned first, then electric, then fairy

(i don't really get this - sneasler doesn't "abuse" flying type moves because its weak to them + dies. zapdos doesnt lose to sneasler unless its already +2. the word "abuse" also isn't used in analyses due to negative connotation. would be worth rewording this point to make it clearer to a new plater what you're trying to say) On hyper offense, Curse Dragapult is a great screens setter due to its ability to set up on and deal heavy damage to bulky threats (screens pult often runs no damaging moves so it doesn't), as well as for being able to get Zamazenta in by causing itself to faint with Curse. (added the ho mention to make it clear and separate it from the previous bo examples) Due to Zamazenta preferring Leftovers or Lum Berry, it is easily worn down by hazards. Great Tusk and Corviknight both provide hazard control, with the former being able to set hazards to wear down the opposing team and the latter providing excellent defensive synergy, checking Fairy-types such as Azumarill. Breakers that can muscle through Zamazenta's checks and weaken the opposing team are appreciated, such as Choice Specs Enamorus, Assault Vest Hoopa-Unbound, and Ursaluna. (i would move these last two points up so all the bulky offense examples are together, which would make the screens pult sentence the last one. then you can follow it up with some more examples of ho teammates)

Galarian Slowking makes for a great partner due to its ability to sponge hits from the Fairy-types Zamazenta despises, namely mainly Iron Valiant. It also provides offensive support with Future Sight and makes it easy for Zamazenta to get in with Chilly Reception. Other pivots, such as Landorus-T and defensive Zapdos, are appreciated so that Zamazenta can get in safely; the latter is especially useful for absorbing Flying-type moves and punishing Pokemon such as Sneasler and physical Iron Valiant with Static, negating any potential Speed boosts via Unburden and or Booster Energy respectively and enabling Zamazenta to revenge kill them. On hyper offensive teams, Curse Dragapult is a great screens setter due to its high Speed stat and ability to set up on more passive threats (RC) as well as for being able to get Zamazenta in safely by causing itself to faint with Curse.
