Hey guys so I have made a decision straight from George Orwell's nightmares. After discussions with the Pet Mods moderators, I'm going to make some changes around here, with a mini slate 3.5 where I am the only person allowed to submit and the person in charge of approving.
Metagame Change
Description: Any player who submits an innuendo risks the submission denied and the player being thrown in Jail, as determined by me. Players who are Jailed cannot submit to the next slate and are freed at the end of the next slate.
Reasoning: Yeah, I don't think this is going to be too surprising, especially considering how submissions for this slate have gone. Quoting the moderator I was talking to directly, they want the amount of "sex jokes greatly reduced". This felt like a thematically fitting way to do this: jailing people who do things I don't like. I've intentionally let this open-ended to allow a particularly clever, subtle one through, but don't plan on yours being that one. I've met Pet Mods players. Cleverness and subtlety are not our specialties.

Type: Grass/Rock
Abilities: Sturdy
New Moves: Ivy Cudgel
Removed Moves: Tiny Cudgel
Justification: Ogerpon took her normal pills
With this, Get Sturdy and Tiny Cudgel are Dexited and have been removed from the sheet.

Reasoning: FREAKY was, as put so succinctly by Bobsican in the Pet Mods Discord, just infraction bait. People are free to change this to something else, I just wanted to de-FREAK the metagame as part of this to remove one of the bigger offenders.
With that said, I approve all of my own subs! Wow! Shocker! With these changes, I'm going to extend submissions by 48 hours to allow you time to de-FREAK submissions so you don't get thrown in Jail for it.

I can’t blame the Pet Mod Moderators for wanting such drastic change, given that [REDACTED] (now Silly) ended up being a lot more infraction-bait than I thought. I should have known better than approve it when I was the Slate 3 dictator.
At the very least this emergency 3.5 slate by the Overlord of Supreme Overlords (cyclonez) will tell us that we gotta be a lot more careful from this on. There are place for innuendos, but Smogon Forums is not one of them.

This sub in its current state would ultimately just be pretty annoying. There is something workable in here though for sure. Change it so it has a 30% chance to send a link in addition to the user's move instead of replacing it. Also that link should be to my X (formerly Twitter) account instead.
This movepool is going to look extremely barren in the teambuilder and lack a few funny tech options compared to usual. Would be low-impact and probably just for the best in general if you added its Roulettemons flavor moves.
Included are - Swift, Night Daze, Rock Climb, Metal Burst, Luster Purge, Heart Swap, Sand Attack, Glaciate, Flash, Sweet Kiss, Payback, Pay Day, Me First, Future Sight, Razor Leaf, Charge Beam, Withdraw, Fury Attack, Laser Focus, Telekinesis

This sub is solid, but do you know what'd make it great? In addition to removing Knock Off, reduce Pidown's Defense by 15, but to compensate raise Speed by 10 and just for kicks put its Sp. Atk up by 5 just to keep the BST the same. Regenerator is very strong, let's replace it with Gluttony. I would totally approve this sub if you did all that.

Stats: 80 / 120 / 84 / 60 / 96 / 110 [550 BST]This Pokemon has +1 crit rate, and its critical hits lower the target's defense one stage. If this Pokemon were to faint from direct damage while at full health, it survives on 2 HP and the opponent grows a clown nose (Smelmetal ignores this effect).

Justification: I've been enjoying Pidown's presence in the meta for the most part, it's made for a really nice gluemon. The issue with it, I find, is in how impossible it is to deny progress from it; essentially nothing comes in on all of STABs, Mortal Spin, and Knock Off unscathed. Taking away Knock Off opens the door for Gholdengo, Poison guys, and certain Steels to come in on Pidown safely while preserving the core of its identity.
This sub is solid, but do you know what'd make it great? In addition to removing Knock Off, reduce Pidown's Defense by 15, but to compensate raise Speed by 10 and just for kicks put its Sp. Iron Fist is back! The results from slate 4 have been in the sheet for a few days now, which can be found here! This slate featured a lot of new members of the new Lemon- and Silly-types, along with balance changes and other minor additions... such as Ronald Reagan, to partner Margaret Thatcher.
I'd like to thank DuoM2 for taking on a bigger role as Supreme Leader this slate, helping organize the sheet as he made his decisions. I really appreciate it. In addition, he has chosen zxgzxg as his successor via a random lottery (based?). The two challengers have been chosen and Slate 5 elections will be posted later today, in due time!

zxgzxg, the chosen successor, has had a quiet but successful political career, only participating in two of the four slates so far, but having an impressive 3/3 success rate in his legislation. While his contributions have been limited, they have been impactful, with both Silcoon and Impalpitoad making waves early in the metagame, along with the recent additions of Lemon Lips and Lemotic.

While not as successful in passing legislation as the other two candidates, she is a very innovative citizen of Iron Fistlandia whose innovations have defined the early metagame, most notably the aforementioned Lemon typing along with the very helpful Campfire move expanding the nation's outdoors industry.
