PalpitoadChamp chose me as his successor…
Anyways,
Smelmetal: Probopass but it shedded it’s Rock-type to be a Melmetal. One of the new additions that can give opposing Steel Pokémon some troubles.
Bondra: It would be the ultimate sun sweeper were it not the fact that it’s best physical Fire STAB is… Fire Fang. No Solar Blade either, only Power Whip which is around 80% accurate.
Dragoone: I thought it was supposed to be 175 Speed and 75 Special Defense, not the other way around… turned out I looked up to a Snakewood Wiki and it confirms it really is 175 Special Defense and 75 Speed. And it actually evolve from Linoone in Snakewood, too. Either way, props for J.O.J.O. DNU for taking a more obscure part of Snakewood.
Onto the Pokémon itself, that SpD is huge! An Assault Vest Dragoone will be a nightmare to fight for most special attackers, especially since it blocks Sludge Bomb, Aura Sphere + Focus Blast, Weather Ball and Syrup Bomb. Yes, Gen 3 Linoone do have both Belly Drum and Extreme Speed, so that set will be genuinely deadly as well.
Mega Electrode: This can works as an emergency revenge killer without running risk of being too powerful on it’s on. Might end up in an epic fail against anything immune to Electric or is using Protect, though.
Mario Kart Wii: With only a base 80 Attack, it may want to use a Choice Band, as 135 Speed already outspeed a lot of Pokémon in this Pet Mod. Funny concept with funny wallbreaking potentials.
Ougayporn-Comerstone: This will be annoying to fight against, between guaranteed survival per switch in (according to Ability not sayign once per fight, so once per switch-in is assumed) and constant -1 Defense. I wonder if this also survive from indirect damage, though.

The Kitchen Sink: As gimmicky as it looks, it can turn the tide if used well. Don’t go reading the description with Battle Timer on, though.
Cuddle: how cute! :)
Big Bash: Finally, an use of the Big Button. Physical Normal-type Pokémon, including Dragoone, are gonna love this!
Veto Phase: More power to the dictator of this Pet Mod, helpful to increase chance of getting a sub in.
Bucket Hat: Fishing Minigame users can spam that move in order to gain 25% of max HP back. Defensive Swampert can just use Slack Off, but balance/support-oriented sets appreciate the passive healing.
Jar of Mercury: Only works on Double Iron Bash, then again Iron Fist (the item) can make that move everywhere, so it does make for good anti-DiB surprise.
