Announcement Iron Hands is banned from SV UU

After our previous announcement of what was under inspection, the UU Council has unanimously decided to ban Iron Hands.

Iron Hands was an extremely potent offensive Pokemon. Naturally this would be the case for pretty much anything with base 140 Attack, but Iron Hands's amazing typing alongside ludicrous bulk pushed it over the edge; its near-perfect STAB coverage meant it could run all sorts of coverage to dumpster typical checks, with Earthquake for Skeledirge, Ghost Tera Blast or Heavy Slam for Scream Tail, and even Tera Grass for Quagsire. It was often a case of trading two or even three Pokemon just to KO the opposing Iron Hands since Drain Punch made it borderline immortal, and as such we have opted to remove it from the tier.

Nothing else received significant ban votes, as can be seen here (Indigo Plateau opted to abstain from this round of voting):

Hydreigon and Skeledirge received one ban vote each, while Hisuian Lilligant received two, so we will continue to monitor their presence in the tier alongside the other Pokemon listed. For now, though, we will be attempting to let the metagame develop a bit further before making significant tiering action.

Kris if you could remove Iron Hands from UU (again, sorry x-x) that would be super appreciated. Thank you!

For transparency: I got one council member's votes wrong, so Hisuian Lilligant actually received two ban votes, not one. It doesn't change any outcomes, but I figured it would be best to make an amendment post so it's clear. ^^
