Iron Moth @ Choice Specs
Ability: Quark Drive
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Discharge
- Energy Ball
- Overheat

You don't want to find this moth in your closet! Iron Moth leverages its good Speed, sky-high Special Attack, and incredible coverage to be one of the best wallbreakers for Poison teams. Flamethrower removes Steel-types like Corviknight, Gholdengo, and Iron Treads, and Discharge notably hits Fire resistant foes such as Primarina, Toxapex, and Moltres. Energy Ball shreds through Ground-types like Swampert and Ursaluna and hits Garganacl. Overheat blows up bulky foes like Landorus and Kyurem. Iron Moth can fit on a variety of teams for its wallbreaking ability, helping bulkier teams make progress against opposing bulky teams. Offensive partners like Sneasler and Okidogi are perfect for their ability to threaten Heatran and Kingambit. Galarian Weezing helps check Ground-types like Ting-Lu and powerful attackers like Roaring Moon while weakening opposing walls with Will-O-Wisp and Pain Split.

You don't want to find this moth in your closet! Iron Moth leverages it's good Speed, sky-high Special Attack, and incredibe coverage to be one of the best wallbreakers for Poison-type teams. Flamethrower is incredibly useful for reliably removing Steel-types like Corviknight, Gholdengo, and Magnezone, Iron Treads and Discharge notably hits Fire-resists such as Primarina, Toxapex, and Moltres. Energy Ball shreds through Ground-types like Swampert and Ursaluna as well as hitting Garganacl. Overheat is a powerful secondary Fire-type STAB, allowing Iron Moth to blow up bulky deadly foes like Gliscor, Galarian Slowking, or (Gliscor needs to be chipped and most structures will just go to Torn-T/Clod and glowking lives and will OHKO back with EQ or Twave us, blowing up lando-I is overheat's main job.) Landorus and Kyurem in an emergency. Iron Moth fits best on offensive structures that heavily appreciate its wallbreaking prowess; (kind of? A lot of moth teams are generally bulky, see the sample, with Moth being used to eliminate high priority targets like Lando and Toxapex which prove to be huge issues for Poison in the long run.) partners like Sneasler and Okidogi are perfect for their ability to threaten Heatran and Kingambit Hisuian Goodra (Gambit was banned 2 months ago). Glimmora is another notable partner, weakening Iron Moth's checks like Roaring Moon and Raging Bolt with entry hazards or Toxic while Iron Moth shreds through hazard removers like Corviknight and Great Tusk. (Glim and Moth are usually competing for a teamslot on most teams, Weezing-G fits better here since it has a ground immunity and can provide Defog while still checking Roaring moon and can check Ting-Lu.)

This is good. 1/1 unless catto has an objection.
