Is Future Sight Usable?

Well Jirachi doesn't get Iron Head and has to settle for Zen Headbutt's 40% flinch.

I was also thinking about mixing Future Sight with Focus Punch. Say on Golduck you could bring it out, FP the Blissey switch and then follow it up with Future Sight.
 
Hmm, and since most Special Walls have high HP, they won't want to stay in on a Leech Seed. Add in the threat of Leaf Storm or whatever to keep Tyranitar at bay, and you just might hurt something with Future Sight. =)
 
Hit Tyranitar != hurt Tyranitar. Tyranitar has high HP and massive Special Defense with Sand Stream. Future Sight won't do squat to Tyranitar or whomever they switch to later after it targets Tyranitar because of its high Special Defense.
 
Will the Sandstorm still affect the SpDef? For example; if T-tar switches to a non-rock type, will Future Sight do damage based off the original defense that isn't boosted by Sandstorm, or the Sandstorm boosted defense?
 
It's based on whatever the Special Defense of the target was at the time of selecting Future Sight. Tyranitar was the target, and it gets a Special Defense boost from Sandstorm when you select Future Sight, so Future Sight will do less, even if I switch to Zapdos and use Rain Dance.
