Clefable's base Speed is listed wrong, it's actually 60, not 65.

Just want to point out that Modest Dragapult at +1 does not reach 575 speed, but technically 574.5. This is kinda nitpicky, but I've relied on Scarf Dragapult to outspeed and kill +2 jolly Gyarados and have been met with a Waterfall to the face a few times, so they definitely should both be listed at 574 speed.

I think relaxed Seis should be added here, a lot run Relaxed over Impish as they don't want to detract from Scald's damage.

it commonly runs 176 speed

Jolly Excadrill hits 906 Speed with Rapid Spin + Sand Rush (+4). Also, does the +3 entry of Excadrill represent 3 spins (idrk if that's realistic enough)?

I think Centiskorch should be added here it hits 165 speed, it's a viable check to Clefable.
Sir-Fetch'd should also be added here it hits 220 w/ 216 speed
it can also hit 229 with max speed
it also hits 251 w/ max jolly speed
