It's raining men!

This is my rain team, it can be very effective but it had big troubles with skilled player ._. I've tried to fix the problems but fixed one, another problem appears.
The Team:

Politoed(Afrojack) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Protection
- Toxic
- Perish Song
Classic Toed supporter, he makes the rain. Scald can burn, toxic cripples the sweeper, protection for additional leftovers and PS for stop BP chains or force to switch. He had a nice physical bulkyness and he can survive also at some special attacks, and thanks this characteristics he can stop easily all kind of setupper. He suffer most of CB physical sweeper (like Terrakion or Dragonite), special sweeper in general and first of all Breloom and Celebi that can take scald and toxic from Toed, and can OHKO Toed with supereffective stab-moves, or in case of Breloom he can put asleep Toed and set up a substitute :|.
pokemon__hydreigon_by_mark331-d3g8glw.jpg

Hydreigon (Skream) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 44 HP / 252 SAtk / 212 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Substitute
- Surf
The idea of this team begin from him, i choose him because the Substitute set is simple but useful, he can switch into some of the most common special sweeper in the MG like Rotom-W and setup substitute easily, and so destroy the most of not special bulky pokes. The investment of evs in speed are enough to outspeed jolly 252 Spd Nite and give more bulkyness at my Hydreigon. Is also my unique offensive answer to Celebi, coz he resisted all of popolar Celebi moves (bar HP ice .-.). I choose Surf over Flamethrower or Fire Blast because it offers under the rain more coverage (Heatran if you don't want to miss a FB and unpredicted special defensive TTar, that are 2HKO with Surf+FB) and it lose power only against Scizor and Ferrothorn.
Chansey_by_Xous54.png

Chansey (Avicii) (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

- Protect
- Wish
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
Chansey is the Special wall of this set, she can easily take all the special hits from others pokes, thanks to protect she can scout enemy's moves, and is a great move to combinate with wish. Thanks to def's evs investment she has also a nice physical bulkyness, perhaps she can survive and cripple Mixedmence, one of the greatest counter of the team. Thanks to seismic toss she does a moderate damage to the enemy. She absolutly fear Ferrothorn that can take huge amounts of HP with Leech Seed, and Supereffective moves with high damage.
toxicroak__by_2d75-d2xgend.jpg

Toxicroak (Rusko) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Dry Skin
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Bulk Up
- Sucker Punch
- Substitute
My physical sweeper, he can switch into most of fighting pokes easily, and he can set up with sub and bulk up. The evs in HP are enough for take the maximum HP from Dry Skin. He had a nice coverage and thanks to his useful moveset if he can setup, he probably destroy the enemies team. After few Bulk Ups he can survive at most of physical hits and recover the damage with DP and dry skin, he fears Special Sweepers like Alakazam, Celebi, Gengar and above all Reuniclus because his physical bulkyness. He can easily set up in front of Conkeldurr or some Mono-water attack like Toed, Tentacruel or Suicune.

Ferrothorn (Skrillex) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protection
- Gyro Ball
My Physical wall, he can switch into dragons locked in outrage and set up SR and leech seed, and he can kill easily fast pokes with Gyro Ball. Thanks to Iron Barbs he punish the U-Turn's scouts like Landorus. He had a great coverage thanks to his type and he hasn't a so bad SDef, so under the rain he can easily take an HP fire from the enemies. He fears above all Zone that he can trap him and kill him with Sub+ Charge Beam, but also all fighting type like Conkeldurr or Terrakion.
Celebi-celebi-12059610-500-313.jpg
starmie.jpg

Starmie (deadmau5) @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 32 SDef / 224 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Psyshock
- Recover
I think Starmie is the better choice, it counter Tentacruel, and first of all Mamoswine, the greatest threats for my team, Starmie can outspeed him and revenge kill him with a Stab supereffective Scald. Thanks to Rapid Spin+Psyshok it can easily check Gengar, who can switch into for a predicted rapid spin. Recover is for recover the damage and give it a natural bulkyness. It can survive at one CC of CBTerrakion, so it doesn't even fix my team.

Threats:

The team isn't so bad, and doesn't have too hard counters bar Mamoswine, but i suffers too much entry hazard and bar TCroak doesn't have physical moves, so a wrong predict can resolve in a lost playgame.
1)Mamoswine: He can switch into easily on Chansey and cripples all the team with supereffective moves (Superpower, Ice Shard, EQ destroy all my team ._.)
2)Reuniclus: Thanks to his natural bulkyness he can take hits from toxicroak and destroy him with a stab Psycoshock, he doesn't fear toxic, and he can freely set up on Chansey.
3)CBTerrakion: With CC he can 2HKO all my team ._.

Thank you for watching ;)

First thing's first, expand your comments for your pokemon a bit and put in images for them to make the RMT nicer, as everyone loves eye candy. Alternatively, refer to here so you know what needs to be fixed.

Ok, some overhauls. Chansey needs to invest in Defense. I know it might be weird due base 5 defense but, after Eviolite, with that investment you'll have roughly Swampert's physical bulk. This in turn helps with Mixmence as Chansey can take Outrage more easily and be able to cripple it. I'd also consider Thunder Wave over Toxic, seeing it can help slow down offensive threats. You should probably pick between Wish and Softboiled instead of both, as giving up scouting utility in Protect to along with Wish or another support move such as Stealth Rock (which would let Ferrothorn be able to set up Spikes instead) etc. is too much for just some extra recovery that you won't even use. Just remember that Wish goes with Protect well, while Softboiled goes with every other support move.

As for your Breloom issues, how Heal Bell Dragonite helps is beyond me as Breloom has this move called Spore which puts Dragonite asleep. If another one of your pokemon is already asleep, Heal Bell is the worst move you can possibly do, as it removes the sleep from the sleep fodder and allows dragonite to be Spore'd. Instead of Dragonite, you might as well use Celebi, who walls Breloom and Psychic it to death. It also brings a important Fighting resist as Toxicroak has a 99% chance to be 2HKO'd by CB Terrakion's Close Combat after Stealth Rock. It also isn't weak to Terrakion's Rock STAB.

That's all for now. I think I got the biggest problems but there are possibly some other minor ones there.

Sets:
Celebi
Celebi @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure

Hey man, welcome to Smogon!

Anyways, your team has a lot of potential. Your defensive core combined with the Rain will help you wall a lot of the metagame. However, there are a couple of problems I see with this team. First of all, the threats you have mentioned do cause your team a lot of trouble. Mamoswine and Tentacruel in particular look like they can be an annoyance for your team. It outspeeds your Hydreigon, Dragonite and Toxicroak and can OHKO all of them. As for your other team members, they cannot keep continuously switching in to take hits. I do think that Starmie is a much better fit for your team, probably over Hydreigon or Dragonite. Both enhance your Mamoswine weakness, while Starmie outspeeds and OHKOs Mamoswine, removing it from the field. Starmie also provides Rapid Spin support, which will help support your other team members, primarily Dragonite. Starmie also helps you against a lot of the other threats you mentioned. It can Psyshock Tentacruel and Gengar, while still outspeeding them both. MixMence will not want to stay in against it either, threatened out by the potential Ice Beam. Overall, Starmie clears up a lot of the problems your team has, you should definitely consider using it.

I have also noticed that your Chansey set is slightly inefficient. Considering Eviolite increases both defences by 50%, it would be smart to run a set of 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef, rather than running the previous HP investment you stated. As defences are boosted by Eviolite while HP is not, you get more bulk than previously which can be crucial in some situations. This investment means that Chansey will actually be able to take a hit or even two against more physically orientated attackers, such as MixMence you listed as a threat. I'd also highly recommend that you run Heal Bell > Wish on your current Chansey set, if you choose to replace Dragonite with Starmie. As you were previously running Heal Bell on Dragonite, you know what it will do for your team -- helps to support Toxicroak and Hydreigon who do not want to be statused in their attempts of sweeping. This opens up a new moveslot on your Dragonite now that Chansey has Heal Bell. I think that Dragon Tail would be very beneficial to your team. Dragon Tail allows Dragonite to phase out stat boosters, namely Reuniclus who cannot beat Dragonite before using Calm Mind. Combine this with a well played Politoed with Perish Song and Chansey to wall it if it lacks Psyshock, Reuniclus is hardly a threat, it will not get a free opportunity to Calm Mind if you keep Dragonite alive.

Cool team, hope I helped!

Starmie (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Surf / Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Heal Bell
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

Why is your Politoed's second move Protection? I know it's Protect, but still.... Just pointing that out.

For your Chansey, I would suggest running an EV spread of 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD and a Calm nature. This allows you to get the most out of the Eviolite's boost to Chansey's defenses, and investing in Special Defense is actually pretty useful with the fearsome special attackers in the OU metagame.

For Hydreigon, I would suggest running Superpower over Focus Blast and Roost over Surf for maximum staying power and coverage. Superpower hits Tyranitar and Steel-types much more reliably than Focus Blast, and Roost keeps Hydreigon healthy. Dragon + Fighting already has perfect coverage outside of Shedinja. Substitute + Roost keeps Hydreigon healthy.

On Ferrothorn, run Spikes over Protect. Not only is the combination with it, Stealth Rock, and Leech Seed now legal, but your team would absolutely love the residual damage from Spikes, especially Toxicroak to wear down its checks and counters.

On to your Mamoswine issue. It absolutely wrecks your team, which you have acknowledged. To fix this, I suggest running a standard Slowbro over Dragonite. Dragonite is easily the weak link of this team, and Slowbro provides an excellent counter to Mamoswine and other top physical threats.

Having dealt with the Mamoswine issue, you are now horrendously weak to Breloom, seeing as Toxicroak can be OHKOed by a +1 Bullet Seed that gets 3 hits after Stealth Rock damage. I would say that Toxicroak isn't the best in the current metagame, as it is easily KOed by many top threats and has limited coverage. In addition, fixing your Breloom issue is a top priority. I am going to suggest running a Specially Defensive Amoonguss over Toxicroak in order to fix this. It counters Breloom with even with no investment in Defense and counters many rain threats adequately as well, notably Keldeo to make up for the lack of Toxicroak.

Run Choice Scarf Politoed over your current set to make up for your lack of Speed in general, and Politoed can revenge kill well with rain-boosted Water-type attacks.

That is all, good luck!

Seconding Jimbon's suggestion of Heal Bell>Wish on Chansey.

Hi cirlo! Nice team. I agree with Jimbon - your team is very weak to Life Orb Mamoswine. That's why I am seconding the replacement of Hydreigon for Starmie; however, I would opt for a Defensive Rapid Spin set.

Thanks to the bulk this set provides for Starmie, it can switch in more safely and utilize Rapid Spin many times, without worrying of dying right after clearing your field of hazards, which would be the case for a frail offensive Starmie. I'd go with an EV spread of 252 HP / 32 SpD / 224 Spe and a Timid Nature, with a moveset of Scald / Rapid Spin / Psyshock / Recover. 224 Speed EVs is just enough to outspeed Tornadus. Maximizing speed to hope winning a speedtie against opposing Starmies isn't worth it, since it's not a match-up you would usually win anyways. Thanks to the bulk investment, Starmie is assured to live a CB Terrakion's Stone Edge (barring a crit -__-), and it can then retaliate with a Scald to deal massive damage and potentially cripple the beast with a burn. Another advantage this set has over an offensive Starmie set is that it can utilize Scald to burn Ferrothorn, which helps dealing with it, instead of being walled all day like an offensive Starmie. Recover keeps Starmie in top shape, while Psyshock is handy to deal with Virizion. Just some thoughts. Good luck! :D

I tried Starmie on Celebi, is better versus mamo, but i have a great weakness to CBTerrakion. I don't know how to manage him :|

Hi

This is a cool team, being a fan of Hydreigon myself I really like how you use it. If you're experiencing problems against Terrakion and Reuniclus (The Calm Mind version really wrecks teams with a defensive approach like yours), SpD SD Scizor could probably be an excellent asset to your team, in the place of Chansey. Scizor is one of the best check to Terrakion there is with its powerful Bullet Punch, and it can set up on Reuniclus and pummel it with Bug Bite. If you get unlucky and the opponent manages to hit multiple Focus Blasts in a row, Scizor can still Roost off the damage and beat down Reuniclus. You will still be able to tank the attacks from the likes of Latios, since Scizor is one of its best checks, and stuff like Rotom-W can be taken care of by Ferrothorn. It gives you useful priority other than Toxicroak's Sucker Punch allowing to revenge kill a lot of weak foes (such as Mamoswine!)

Swapping Politoed's held item for a Choice Scarf might be an excellent idea, since defensive teams really appreciate the help of a fast revenge killer that can take care of a lot of stuff, like Mixed Tornadus or Nasty Plot Thundurus, which are real menaces to this team (even with Chansey, since it's 2HKOed by +2 Focus Blast by Thundurus!) While you may lose some pokemon against those Scarf Politoed will stop the bleeding.

Lastly I think you could change your Ferrothorn set a bit, since Rain teams would really appreciate another set. You don't really need Gyro Ball anymore with Scizor, as it can revenge kill dragons with ease with the help of Bullet Punch. You could also appreciate more hazards, your team is very bulky and you can exploit it, since it causes switches, more entry hazards means your opponent is in for trouble without a spinner.

Here are the sets you should use:
Scizor @ Leftovers
Technician
Adamant
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SpD
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite
-Swords Dance
-Roost

Politoed @ Choice Scarf
Drizzle
Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Focus Blast
-Perish Song

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Iron Barbs
Careful
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Def / 168 SpD
-Power Whip
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock
-Leech Seed

Good luck!
