IV Breeding utilizing Pokesav

I apologize if this has been asked somewhere, but I couldn't find anything on the idea.

I play on Wifi and like the idea of playing with legitimate pokemon, however do not have the time to find good parents to pass desired IVs down. I was wondering if it would be possible to use Pokesav to "create" both parents with perfect IVs, and breed the two, would the game accept it as legitimate? A bit less importantly, what are the chances of inheriting a full chart of perfect IVs if both parents possess perfect IVs?

Also, if I breed using this method...
•Would it be possible to pass Ice Punch on a hacked Metagross down to it's Offspring since it's a tutor move from Emerald and not a TM?
•What are the chances of passing down desirable natures, and are there any ways to increase the chances?
 
I don't know about the whole legitimate thing, but bullet one is a flat out No.

You can use an everstone to pass the females nature down.
 
No, it wouldn't be considered legitimate. For questions like these, you could ask them in the 'Simple Question, Simple Answer' thread stickied on both this board and the wifi board.
 
Beldum can only learn Take Down, so it wouldn't inherit any moves. Metagross is also genderless so can't pass down Egg Moves anyway.

It's still cheating using hacked parents, but I guess no one is going to know. I think Peterko or X-Act wrote a guide on the probability of IVs being passed down. So check the C&C area of the forum, or the website Articles in case it's already been upladed. (I think it was all added recently).
