so here goes ....
JadeX OU Competitive Team.

azelf.png

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Naive Nature
Levitate
252 Speed , 252 Atk , 6 HP
-Taunt
-Explosion
-Stealth Rock
-Zen Headbutt Punch

Azelf serves as a good lead because of it's speed of setting up Stealth Rock fast enough and taunts off slower Stealth Rock lead .
With Focus Sash , it could survive just in time for Explosion .

togekiss.png

Togekiss (F)@ Leftover
Calm Nature
Serene Grace
252 HP , 252 Sp.Def , 4 Def
-Air Slash
-Thunderwave
-Roost
-Heal Bell

Works as a wall for switching in my team .
Its high special defense had proven itself worthy of taking hits .
It usually managed to survived Thunderbolt/Ice Beam and then strikes back with a Thunderwave.
Roost for recovery and then Airslashes combo .
Rather annoying .
Heal Bell is to heal my party's status so Togetic very much , acted as a Cleric for my team .

starmie.png

Starmie @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
Nature Cure
136 HP , 156 Def , 216 Speed
-Rapid Spin
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt

Rapid Spin is to knock off Stealth Rock which might disturbed Azlef (1hp) , Togekisss and Salamence .
Starmie' being EV trained to survive under strong physical attack .
It also has a wide varieties of attack that hits well ( Thunderbolt , Surf , IceBeam )

salamence.png

Salamence (M)@ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
Intimidate
252 Atk , 252 Speed , 4 HP
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Fire Fang
-Earthquake

Typical Dragon Dance and then physical sweep with Outrage .
Fire Fang serves as a Fire Attack for my team as my team lacked Fire power .
A heavy sweeper , however it has a short life after doing an Outrage ( A confused Salamence is really like a Gamble , if it hits itself , I'm dead)
Salamence is sort of the biggest boss in my team .

lucario.png

Lucario (M)@ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
Steadfast
252 Atk , 252 Speed , 4 HP
-Sword Dance
-Extreme Speed
-Close Combat
-Ice Punch

Lucario serves as a late game sweeper with Extreme Speed as well as a counter against Prior moves user ( mostly Honchkrow with Sucker Punch or Scizor/Metagross with Bullet punch though Extreme speed doesn't deals much damage to them )
Close Combat is it's main attack and Ice Punch deals with Ground/Flying/Dragon .
When boosted with Sword Dance , Lucario had proven itself a very dangerous pokemon .

Latias.png

Latias (F)@ Choice Scarf
Timid Nature
Levitate
4 HP , 252 Spd , 252 SAtk
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt
- Trick
- Hidden Power Fire

Latias acts as an insurance against my team's biggest threat (for now) , the Dragon Dancers .
So with Choice Scarf and max speed EV,IV and Nature , Latias SHOULD be able to outspeed them and revenge them with Draco Meteor .

Side Choices :
Jirachi : I chose Togekiss instead of Jirachi as it could roost , heal party member's status as well as T.Wave+Air Slash flinches .
That was what made me choose Togekiss over Jirachi .
Scizor : Another candidate to replace Lucario . The only thing that stopped me was its speed =(
Metagross/Tyranitar : Due to my Salamence's frailness , thinking of replacing it with a bulky sweeper like Agility Gross ( Agility,Explosion,Meteor Mash , Earthquake) or Choice Band Tar ( Stone Edge , Crunch , Earthquake , Dragon Dance/Aqua Tail ) . However , their speed is what that bothers me ...

So ya , this is my Competitive OU team .
Overall , my team's main sweeper ( Lucario and Salamence ) both are very frail ...
Definitely need some advice for my team .
Deeply appreciated . Thanks

Okay, so i see some things that can pretty much beat this team by themselves. The main problems are scizor, swords dance lucario, agility metagross, basically most physical sweepers who don't lose to latias. then you have that weird mix of a suicide lead, 2 suicide sweepers, a bulky scarfer, a hard wall, and a more offensive wall. You can have a strong defense without using walls on an offensive team. You need to play on resistances, so i'll try to go towards that. My first suggestion will help you keep your offensive momentum up, and this pokemon has maybe one offensive switch in that can take its stab attack and a coverage attack. That pokemon is life orb starmie. It goes like this-if you don't have a scarf tyranitar then more than one pokemon are dying. Just run 252 speed / 252 special attack / 4 hp with a set of rapid spin / thunderbolt / ice beam / hydro pump on starmie. It can ohko more offensive rotom, and after that rocks and spikes are gone. This means that stall has nothing to get passive damage on you, and your sweepers can come in and just fire off attacks until they can sweep.

Run jolly lucario. The benefits of using jolly are many, but most importantly you beat all rotom that run 188 speed so they can't end your sweep. Other benefits are beating the ton of pokemon that only run 280 speed since "lucario are never jolly". You should also run crunch to capitalize on beating rotom, since ice punch does nothing; gliscor runs 309 speed, flygon is almost always scarf, or jolly choice band, and most salamence run max speed to tie with scarfed 100s after a dd, or to tie with regular 100s on the mixed set.

I don't like togekiss here. Togekiss is a good pokemon, but on an offensive team, it is really out of place. You are slowing down your momentum, allowing a stall team to set up hazards (starmie won't live forever!), and balance will set up on you. The pokemon i want to put in over togekiss probably seems a little weird, since they are nothing alike, but he really has synergy with your team. What i do like is life orb heatran. Life orb heatran should replace togekiss. Life orb heatran pairs fantastically with life orb starmie. If blissey comes in, it's likely their only counter to both heatran and starmie. If you can bluff not having explosion, then late game actually blowing up on the blissey, starmie has a clear path to sweep. Life Orb heatran also loves eating bullet punches and then firing off a fire blast. Most offensive teams rely on their latias or salamence to sponge these attacks. Thing is, neither of them can take two, and when you switch to a surf or earthquake resist and they don't heal...they have nothing to take the fire blast next time! If they do choose to heal, then you just got a free turn. Heatran also dares swampert to come in, and after any attack then swampert is in ko range for lucario or salamence. Those steels that plague salamence's sweep? Dead.

I'm not a huge scarf latias fan. A lot of sweepers still beat it since it doesn't resist their priority attacks, like extremespeed, bullet punch, etc, and it can't switch in on those nasty fighting attacks like another pokemon i'm thinking of could. A solid fix would be to change scarf latias to scarf rotom. Scarf rotom patches up all of your weaknesses very nicely (scizor, lucario). The coverage you lose on salamence isn't that bad, since with rocks + life orb, lucario will have an easy time revenge killing it. A good fighting immunity is really needed, as well as a steel resistance to take care of metagross. Run timid 252 speed / 252 special attack / 4 hp with thunderbolt / overheat / shadow ball / trick. Rotom also offers up pursuit bait so that your lucario or salamence can set up late game and sweep. A good switch into specs jolt, starmie using thunderbolt, and latias' thunderbolt are really appreciated as well. Overall, rotom seems like a better fit then latias.

Just a few nitpicks here, but you should try using jolly salamence with the set of dragon dance / dragon claw / roost / earthquake so that he can set up multiple dragon dances on the likes of heatran, lucario, etc, and if you want to come in and fire off a dragon claw to weaken up the opponent's core, you can later roost off any damage you took. Jolly is superior to adamant because of all the scarf flygon and jirachi running around with +speed natures. My last thing is to use psychic on azelf so that you can kill aerodactyl and damage swampert without blowing up. just a superior option, really. Good luck with the team, i hope i helped!

Change your Azelf's nature to Adament or Jolly. Naive isn't doing anything for you.

Also change the EV spread to 6 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD.
