Not really a fan of Miles Davis to be honest. These are some of my favs.

I also got some '50s Ben Webster stuff, mostly ballads. Love those as well.

Thisthisthisthisthisthis. Roy's list is also a good start, and I have a lot of excellent fusion artists that I could recommend if anyone was interested.
