Jirachi will Iron Head you to death! Jirachi army......GO!
we literally can't qc this bc of all the rachi. Smh yami
[OVERVIEW]
Jirachi's niche in 1v1 stems from the combination of its bulk and Speed tier that allow it to take on multiple top-tier threats, such as Choice Scarf Porygon-Z, Tapu Lele, and Meloetta, alongside its incredible ability in Serene Grace and the two moves that it uses to take advantage of it. Serene Grace is an important factor to Jirachi's success, as it greatly increases Jirachi's odds of winning matchups that it would otherwise struggle in, such as against Tapu Fini, Kommo-o, Crustle, and Hoopa-U, through multiple flinches. Jirachi also has access to multiple coverage moves that aid it in handling Pokemon that can deal with its STAB attacks like Dragonite, Genesect, and Chansey. Unfortunately, Jirachi's STAB attacks aren't perfectly reliable for every matchup. Any matchup that Jirachi doesn't win by raw type advantage or move power alone are often subject to the random chance of whether or not Jirachi lands a flinch or multiple consecutive flinches. The main examples of this include Mega Charizard Y, Magearna, and Zeraora. Jirachi is also not gifted with the best offensive presence, as multiple top-tier threats like Mega Charizard X, Mega Gyarados, and Greninja resist Jirachi's Steel-type STAB attacks and aren't stopped by its coverage without extraordinary luck.

Moves
========
Iron Head is Jirachi's main STAB move that it uses for dealing with the Fairy-types that occupy 1v1 like Mega Gardevoir and Tapu Lele, and its effective 60% flinch chance from Serene Grace allows it to take on opposing Pokemon like Choice Scarf Porygon-Z, Tapunium Z Tapu Fini, and Haxorus that would all normally take Jirachi down before it could do the same to them. Heart Stamp is Jirachi's Psychic-type STAB attack and is mainly used against foes that are weak to it or resist Iron Head and cannot be dispatched by its coverage moves, namely Zeraora, Kommo-o, Mega Venusaur, and Naganadel. Like Iron Head, Heart Stamp is also equipped with a 30% base flinch chance that is doubled to 60% by Serene Grace. Zen Headbutt can be used over Heart Stamp to enable Jirachi to 2HKO Pokemon like Kommo-o and OHKO Naganadel. Fire Punch gives Jirachi a way to deal with Steel-types like Genesect and Ferrothorn that resist both of its STAB attacks. Ice Punch allows Jirachi to 2HKO Dragonite and OHKO Jumpluff. Trick can be used to shut down walls such as Chansey, making them unable to use moves like Soft-Boiled.
Set Details
========
252 Attack EVs make Jirachi's attacks as strong as possible. With 252 Speed EVs, a Jolly nature, and a Choice Scarf, Jirachi outpaces Choice Scarf users like Haxorus, Porygon-Z, and Genesect. An Adamant nature can be used over a Jolly nature to help KO Pokemon in one less turn like Naganadel and Kommo-o, as well as 2HKO Mega Medicham; however, Jirachi would be unable to outpace Jolly Choice Scarf Haxorus and Adamant Choice Scarf Garchomp, which can 2HKO it with Earthquake. 4 Special Defense EVs prevent Genesect from getting a Special Attack boost with Download. The ability Serene Grace allows Jirachi to beat many more threats that it couldn't before like Mega Medicham, Primarina, and Tapu Fini with a greater flinch chance on Iron Head and Heart Stamp.
Usage Tips
========
Even though Fire Punch and Ice Punch can hit a lot of Pokemon super effectively, they're only really ideal against moderately bulky Pokemon with dual weaknesses to them like non-Choice Band Dragonite, Genesect, Jumpluff, and Ferrothorn due to Jirachi being too weak to deal significant damage to anything else. Pokemon that Jirachi needs only one flinch to win against such as Naganadel, Mega Medicham, Counter Crustle, and Hoopa-U are good to send it out against; however, if they do move, Jirachi will be OHKOed by their attacks. Pokemon that require more than one flinch but cannot OHKO Jirachi such as Choice Scarf Haxorus, Tapu Fini, and Primarina are also good for Jirachi to take on. Pokemon that Jirachi has to rely on flinching more than once to not get OHKOed such as Garchomp, Choice Band Haxorus and Donphan are not wise to send it out against.
Team Options
========
Jirachi needs partners that can take care of Fire-types like Mega Blaziken, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Charizard Y, and Heatran, so Pokemon like Landorus-T, Garchomp, Haxorus, Primarina, and Tapu Fini are good partners for it. In return, Jirachi can take care of Genesect, Ferrothorn, and Jumpluff. Fairy-types like Tapu Lele and Mega Gardevoir are able to take care of Fighting-types like Sawk and Mega Blaziken. In return, Jirachi can take care of Genesect and Naganadel for them. Walls like Mega Slowbro and Deoxys-S are able to take on bulky Steel-types like Mega Metagross and Magearna. In return, Jirachi can take on Jumpluff for Mega Slowbro and Tapu Fini for Deoxys-S. Pokemon like Porygon-Z, Greninja, Tapu Lele, and Serperior can pressure Ground-types that trouble Jirachi such as Zygarde, Landorus-T, and Donphan from being picked. In return, Jirachi can take on Fighting-types such as Sawk for Porygon-Z and Greninja and take care of Togekiss for Serperior.

Other Options
=============
A Z-Happy Hour set can be used with an EV spread of 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe, a Hasty nature, and the moves of Iron Head, Thunderbolt, and Psychic to help take care of walls like Serperior with Psychic. However, forgoing Fire Punch means Jirachi will lose to Pokemon like Genesect. Thunder Wave with Colbur Berry allows Jirachi to attempt a paraflinching strategy on Dark-types in particular, like Greninja and Hoopa-U; however, Jirachi can no longer take care of Jumpluff and Choice Band Haxorus. Leftovers with Substitute, Thunderbolt, Psyshock, and Calm Mind with an EV spread of 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe can be used in order to take on passive Pokemon like Chansey; however, Jirachi will be unable to take care of Ferrothorn and Genesect. Steelium Z with Doom Desire can be good to take care of Magearna, but Jirachi can no longer beat Mega Medicham and outpace and take advantage of Iron Head flinches against Choice Scarf Haxorus.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Super Effective Attacks**: Fire-, Ground-, or Dark-types like Mega Charizard X, Mega Gyarados, and Greninja are able to take care of Jirachi with their STAB attacks and resist its STAB attacks.
**Bulky Pokemon**: Bulky Pokemon such as Mega Metagross, Celesteela, Aegislash, Zygarde-C, Primarina, and Magnezone, as well as walls like Type: Null, Mega Slowbro, and Porygon2, can tank any of Jirachi's attacks and either stall it out or KO it out before it can do the same to them.
**Bypassing Flinches**: There are ways multiple Pokemon can negate Jirachi's flinches, such as through priority like Sucker Punch Mega Mawile and Prankster Sableye and Whimsicott, by outspeeding it like Deoxys-S and Choice Scarf Blacephalon, and through Inner Focus like Mega Gallade.
