I approve as i don't need to test this Jolteon with my BP team to know it's perfect as it can quickly take out Taunt users such as Jellicent, Skarmory, Gyarados and also forces your typical Perish Song users such as Politoed and Lapras to switch out. HP Ice is preferred for Taunt Gliscor and other Ground Types. This isn't even taking into account that Volt Absorb comes in handy to create Synergy with Vaporeon or Gorebyss and get back some Free HP Regen.
On my BP team though i would give Jolteon 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 Def so it can make bulkier subs which also helps tremendously after I've setup Max Acid Armor and Max Calm Mind.
Lum Berry over Leftovers comes in handy against Toxic Spikes or when switching into Status without having a Sub up. Since i use Ingrain and Aqua Ring on my BP Team i don't need Leftovers so i would use Lum Berry instead.
