Jolteon (Revamp) [QC 0/3]

I felt like the current Jolteon analysis didn't emphasize what Jolteon is good at besides being fast. If QC feels like this isn't needed then just tell me before someone moves it.

Jolteon
How cute ^.^

[Overview]
-One of the fastest pokemon around, beating all non-scarfed mons except Ninjask and Acceglor
-Good SpA
-Excellent on rain teams or against
-Good scout
-Shallow movepool
-Low defenses
-Hazard weakness
-THE BOLBS

[SET]
name: Choice Specs
move 1: Thunder / Thunderbolt
move 2: Volt Switch
move 3: Hidden Power Ice
move 4: Shadow Ball
item: Choice Specs
nature: Timid
ability: Volt Absorb
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-Rain support is strongly recommended for 100% acc Thunder
-Tbolt if no rain is used
-Volt Switch is incredible for scouting
-Shadow Ball for some coverage
-psuedo-BoltBeam with HP Ice
-Fast and powerful special attacker
-Immune to Rotom's Volt Switch
-Hits Rain hard or hits hard with Rain
-Watch out for Grass and Ground types
-Blobs

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
-Modest with 24 HP / 252 SpA / 232 Spe can be used for more power and outspeed Tornadus with a positive nature
-HP Grass for Quag and Gastrodon
-Baton Pass if you're afraid of Ground types, replace Shadow Ball
-Works well with Volt-Turn strategies, Landorus in particular because he's immune to Jolteon's only weakness. Celebi is cool too

name: Scout
move 1: Protect
move 2: Volt Switch / Discharge
move 3: Hidden Power Ice / Yawn
move 4: Wish / Thunder Wave
item: Leftovers
nature: Timid
ability: Volt Absorb
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-Incredible scout
-Protect to see what opponent's using
-Volt Switch is a great scouting move, but Discharge if you want to stay in after scouting the opponent, also good for Paralysis
-HP Ice for BoltBeam, should be used with Wish for a more offensive approach
-Yawn and Thunder Wave give a more support oriented set, but one can be replaced with Wish if healing is desired

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
-Ground types are still a pain
-Pursuit isn't a problem with Protect
-Wish + Protect is good healing along with Lefties, giving Jolteon much more time in battle
-Bulk can be added in Defense
-252 HP / 224 Def / 16 SpA / 16 Spe with Modest adds a lot more bulk while outspeeding 100's and always OHKOing bulky DD Gyara
-Rotom-W can take out Ground types
-Latios with HP Fire can take out many of Jolteon's common counters

[SET]
name: Substitute
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Baton Pass
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice
item: Leftovers
nature: Timid
ability: Volt Absorb
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-Set up a Sub and then see what the opponent does
-Any Poke can use a free Sub to hide behind so no damage occours on the switch
-Jolteon is great at this
-Other moves can be used in place of HP Ice such as Agility, Work Up and Charge Beam
-Good coverage with psuedo BoltBeam

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
-Doesn't need much team support as it can pass to any Pokemon
-Thunder on Rain teams
-Life Orb is more power is needed
-Wish over HP Ice

[Other Options]
-Dual Screens
-Rain Dance + Damp Rock
-Thunder on any set
-Fast Toxic stall with Sub + Wish + Protect, although other things do that better
-Heal Bell
-ResTalk
-Roar

[Checks and Counters]
-Hazards, and Ferrothorn is good at that
-Blissey and Chansey
-Hippowdon
-Scarf users

SevenDeadlySins made a significant revamp only a month ago - Jolteon doesn't need another one. The scout set doesn't impress me at all.
