I've been looking to get a good Rotom. Now I know you already have Ralts listed on your thread, but you can use one of mine to breed in Confuse Ray to your Ralts. This is the only thing I'm able to offer. If you don't want to I understand. Just let me know, Thanks!

Hey, thanks for your interest but I'm afraid I'll have to decline your offer since confuse ray (and confusion in general) isn't exactly effective for competitive battling, and Rotom being genderless makes it really difficult to breed. Sorry about that :(
