Geo: (Deoxys-e) @ Light Clay

I love this guy he sets up dual screens and taunts leads that put up stealth rocks and he sets up stealth rocks himself the good thing about screens is that I cant safely switch into Gyarados to get one or two DD's then proceed to sweep whole teams I'm scared of Scarfgar leads so I'm thinking of putting my own scarfgar as lead then sending out deoxys after gengar has tricked.

Justin is crazy over this guy but I don't see the big deal I believe we could do better possibly a scarftran considering how fire weak I am but until I make changes he's the subseeder and I'll admit he does quite a good job.

I like scizor as a late game sweeper call me crazy but he hasn't been proving very effective as of late hopefully he will get some more action so I can see if he's good enough if I see that then I'll go to SDLucario.

Goum: (Gengar) (M) @ Choice Scarf

He's a good revenge killer I had thunderbolt over trick incase a Gyarados got up a DD but trick is too awesome to pass up maybe Thunderbolt over HP Ice? As you've read above I'm thinking of switching this guy to lead.

Ability: Intimidate

Lol I don't even know why I have to say anything for this guy but so it doesn't get locked he's my DD sweeper he comes in after deoxys lays down screens so a get a safe switch and at least 1 DD which can be a potential sweep with life orb.

EVs: 108 HP/252 Atk/142 Spd

This guy is great he's my deoxys s counter and he can potentially sweep if I get in agility enough EV's to outspeed if im correct skymin after agility so then I proceed to ice punch and it's gg for skymin he's my skymin counter also.

Well, as for your Shaymin, if you want to subseed, I'd drop Seed Flare and put in Earth Power, as Heatran will be a main switchin, and honestly, you cant do jack against him.

As for Gyrados, Ive found that Ice Fang is better for when you dont want to miss w/ Stone Edge (ie against DD Mence/Skymin), but Stone Edge hits opposing Gyras. I personally would drop EQ, but thats a personal preference.

The rest of the team is good as far as I can tell! Good job to you both (btw, where do you get your sprites?)

you are pretty fire weak, and timid hp electric scarftran can only be revenge killed.

note that skymin cannot even be revenge killed by meta and you can only beat him after setting up. that's not really countering a pokemon.


but again you have the text suicide lead and like many offensive matches will be determined by speedtie deoe on turn one.


as far as trick goes i'd rather have a suicide lead that could handle it than a lead designed for trick as it doesnt increase the chance of you laying sr and preventing your opponent form doing so... more on that later

if you were to screen midgame you would use bronzong, and that doesnt seem like a bad idea for this team since it can take skymin and mence "decently". i know you are using scarf gengar as insurance for both of those but more and more people are catching on to tangerine and packing pursuit and sometimes to deal with mamo to open up their respective shaymin and mence sweeps.
the thing with bronzong is that unless you use it AND deoe lead you're losing to opposing deoxys Es. you could try yanmega with protect to mess with offensive leads and beat trick gar. at the risk of setting up sr for yourself (which only really hurts gyara). maybe try dd waterfall outrage sub kingdra over him though and you cnn afford to have your opponent lay rocks and benefit even more fom dual screens from zong.

just to make it clear I'm proposing yanmega over deoe, zong over gross and kingdra over gyara

eh just realized how heatran weak that team is.. kingdra is your only option as a switch really you could always make zong heatproof since he isnt sticking around a whole long time with expode and give yanmega hp ground

I liked your ideas although I loved Deoxys :/
So Bronzong with dual screens light clay stealth rocks and EQ or gyro ball?
I also like the kingdra set what item though?
TBH I dont like yanmega simply because ttar rips it up plus scarfgar takes out ttar but yanmega is quite usefull i use protect first turn to scout for trick and switch to a scarfed pokemon. I will edit team after i get a few more rates

I had a metagross in this place then I switched to bronzong now this. Bronzong did a great job of setting up dual screens but I like the support that Celebi has to offer but bronzong was really good I need help deciding whether to use dual screen zong or this celebi.

Why would you run Grass knot on Celebi if you're running Sky shaymin? Your team is quite offensive, offensive teams need to keep the pace agilie, and not slow down. When are you going to have time to use Dual screens anyways? If you're going for a standard team approach, then I still think that dual screens are a waste of two turns. Those two turns could mean losing your dual screen Bronzong. Your Celebi set is quite odd, huh? Go with a subseeder instead, or a more standard set.

As for the Dugtrio, use it. Scarf it, and never send it into the fray, except for revenge killing, as this is what it's meant to do. I feel that your Deoxys set is like another suicide lead, which is why I suggest leading with DDLO Gyarados, due to the fact that Ttar leads are quite abundant at the moment.

I got rid of deoxys for trickgar as lead.
I like this celebi set tangerine made it I'll use Psychic over grass knot.
I want a offensive team but not so offensive that I can't switch into anything im thinking of adding bulky ttar with curse, restalk, crunch
