I completely disagree with that statement. Where are you getting the facts that you are basing your claims off of?

To stay on topic, I think Keldeo is really a force to be reckoned with and you cannot ignore it when teambuilding. Many of the checks to the CM set are destroyed by the Specs set, so you have to play really carefully if you see Keldeo on the opponent's team. Has anyone experimented with a Scarf set?

I had a Scarfed set used against me in DW, but I think it only got one surprise kill before I took it out. I'm not really sure how effective it would be because it's not guaranteed to OHKO +1 Offensive Volcarona without Rain or prior SR damage, while it will be OHKO'd by +1 HP Electric or hit a minimum of 49% from a +1 Bug Buzz. Scaf Keldeo is also set up fodder for Bulky Volcarona in the sun, as it can only do a maximum of 47% to a +0 one.

Keldeo does win if Volcarona takes SR damage and there are some other Pokemon it can check, but it just seems like you'd be better off with Scarf Terrakion or Scarf Rotom-W.
