Choice Specs Keldeo is a formidable wallbreaker in UU thanks to its fantastic Special Attack, Speed, and typing, granting it plenty of opportunities to wallbreak threats like Krookodile, Zarude, and Obstagoon. Hydro Pump and Surf give Keldeo the power to threaten sturdier checks like Sylveon and Slowbro and offer a consistent STAB move to use versus weakened teams. Flip Turn helps Keldeo generate momentum off common answers to it like Noivern, Starmie, Tentacruel, and Slowking, but Icy Wind can be used to OHKO Noivern and 2HKO offensive Celebi attempting to switch in. Teammates such as Roserade and Zarude that can pressure bulky Water-types like Slowking, Jellicent, and Slowbro are essential; Roserade can also provide Spikes support, check Sylveon, and cripple Noivern with Sleep Powder, while Zarude can bring Keldeo in on Galarian Weezing with U-turn and also check Celebi. Keldeo also appreciates teammates like Sylveon and Chansey that can check Noivern for it, with Chansey also checking Starmie and providing Keldeo with Teleport support.

This is a funny looking Mamoswine

Would add a couple mons that can check Sylveon, which is rising and is one of Keldeo's better checks atm. Things that beat Tentacruel would also be nice. If you can't fit it because of your character limit, it's not a huge deal; this is pretty much perfect otherwise.
