Kerudio, the ultimate Chansey/Blissey counter.Water and Fighting is a great combination, and his moveset is fantastic. Sadly, though, his defensive stats are lackluster.
Moveset:Blissey Counter
-Substitute
-Boiling Water
-Sword of Mystery
-Hidden Power [Ice]/Hidden Power [Grass]/Hidden Power[Fire]
Item:Leftovers/Life Orb
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs:252 Sp.attk/252 Spd/4 HP
Ability:Heart of Justice

This set is made to decimate Blissey/Chansey, remember, NEVER SWITCH INTO CHANSEY/BLISSEY you have to let them come to YOU, first, you use boiling water and Hidden Power to lure in Blissey, and then you use Sword of Mystery, being a move that is a fighting type STAB, and does damage depending on your sp.attk and your opponent's defense, it WRECKS chansey and blissey. Substitute is so Chansey and Blissey cant stop you in your tracks with a status condition, and so you dont take damage.

Counters: Burungeru is a perfect counter, Resisting both Stabs and easily being able to wear him down with toxic, and Substitute damage.

Dude you have to read the rules or else these threads will keep being locked/deleted by mods and they can be annoyed and warn you. Be careful with that
 
Also, I already wrote a Kerudio analysis here, it is in the process of being QC approved. It's also an example of the proper format to use.
