Hey this is a p solid team. Using a offensive Empoleon is fine, but I do think having a bit more special defence investment would be good. I would go for 248 hp/76 sp atk/rest in spdef modest nature, otherwise its just frail.

Very solid team man, I would say something about this not having description, but seeing as your English isnt the greatest that fine :)

I have done this RMT in french if you want some descriptions xD
And for empoleon, i have tested bulky's spreads, but 252+ SAtk = OHKO on Victini with HPump, and Empoleon is my only check ;)
