This is kind of misleading, since Drapion's main set is the Swords Dance sweeper, which definitely outspeeds Kingler. You should mention that Drapion needs to have no investment in speed, or, better yet, that you can outspeed base 95's with no investment. After all, Uxie is much more likely to pose a threat to Kingler than Drapion is.
