I saw that Serebii had Stockpile listed in a Battle Maison set (which have had errors before) for Klefki, so I tested passing it down with a Garbodor, and it did not pass. Belch, Body Slam, and Amnesia can also be added to the list of not egg moves.
I can confirm that Klefki gets Switcheroo as an egg move! The chain for it is Hypno -> Cacnea -> Cottonee -> Snorunt -> Klefki.
As an aside, it's interesting that Game Freak broke its unwritten rules for egg move chains (no more than 4 Pokemon in a chain) with this one.
