[SET COMMENTS]
A Choice Scarf turns Krookodile into a capable revenge killer, using its good typing to reliably deal with threats like Lycanroc-D, Terrakion, and Bisharp. Its good Speed tier means that it can outspeed very fast Pokemon like Noivern, Talonflame, and Ribombee, allowing it to act as a good form of speed control for offensive teams that need it. Close Combat is preferred in the third slot to allow Krookodile to reliably revenge kill Zarude as well as Air Balloon variants of Terrakion and Cobalion. Stone Edge is a great coverage option to hit the aforementioned threats hard while still doing decent damage to Pokemon like offensive Galarian Weezing and allowing Krookodile to reliably revenge kill Scyther. Iron Tail can be used instead, but it doesn't really hit defensive Galarian Weezing all that hard; it's only really useful for offensive Galarian Weezing. Moxie can be used on this set over Intimidate to give Krookodile an easier time sweeping late-game while also preventing it from activating Bisharp's Defiant, but it's hard to pass up the defensive utility offered by Intimidate.

This Krookodile is quite easy to take advantage of due to its lower damage output and inability to switch moves, and it can't really break through defensive teams either. For this reason, wallbreakers like Choice Band Terrakion and Choice Specs Keldeo should be paired with it, as they can bust through the likes of Galarian Weezing and Sylveon for Krookodile. Entry hazard support from Pokemon like Cobalion and Roserade is also appreciated to help Krookodile with picking up KOs on Pokemon like opposing Cobalion and Doublade. They can also weaken or check Pokemon Krookodile struggles with, like Rotom-W and Slowbro. Krookodile's mediocre damage output also means that it can struggle to revenge kill some other bulky offensive Pokemon, most notably Keldeo. Checks such as Noivern and Celebi are recommended for this reason, both of which appreciate Krookodile's ability to revenge kill Pokemon like Lycanroc-D and Terrakion. Despite Krookodile's decent Speed tier, it's still outsped by some of the tier's fastest setup sweepers, like Polteageist and Cloyster. Teammates that use strong priority like Lycanroc-D are helpful for keeping these Pokemon in check.

[SET COMMENTS]
Krookodile's amazing typing gives it a nearly unresisted dual STAB combination; couple that with a good ability in Intimidate and helpful coverage in Close Combat, and you've got a powerful and reliable Stealth Rock user with both offensive and defensive utility. Its solid Speed tier also allows it to act as an offensive check to the likes of Alolan Marowak, Roserade, and Bisharp, though it must be wary of the latter's Defiant. Close Combat is recommended in order to nail Zarude on the switch in, but Taunt can be used instead to prevent recovery or Defog attempts from foes like Palossand, as well as preventing setup from the likes of Polteageist. A Chople Berry is the preferred item on this Krookodile set, allowing it to act as an emergency check to the tier's myriad of Fighting-types like Cobalion, Terrakion, and Mienshao; a Passho Berry can be used instead if Krookodile's team struggles a lot with Rotom-W and Starmie, both of which it can check in a pinch. If using a Passho Berry, Smack Down should be used over Close Combat, allowing Krookodile to be played more recklessly in order to ground Rotom-W.

Krookodile fits very well on offensive teams that appreciate a capable Stealth Rock setter that can also function as a solid balance breaker. Teammates that can check threatening Bug- and Fighting-types like Heracross, Golisopod, and Mienshao are helpful, as Krookodile struggles to deal with them, especially without a Chople Berry. Galarian Weezing makes for a great partner as a result, being able to handle these threats while setting up Toxic Spikes to synergize with Krookodile's Stealth Rock. Mimikyu is an effective teammate that can make Fighting-types like Mienshao think twice before using their STAB moves on Krookodile; it also appreciates Krookodile's ability to cripple checks like Galarian Weezing. Mimikyu also checks Polteageist, which is important, as Krookodile can't check Polteageist despite being a Dark-type. Wallbreakers like Heracross and Choice Band Terrakion appreciate the Stealth Rock support Krookodile provides as well as its ability to cripple checks like Galarian Weezing and Palossand with Knock Off. Other partners that can pressure Galarian Weezing like Heliolisk and Starmie are great options to pair with Krookodile. Starmie notably offensively checks Fighting-types for Krookodile as well, allowing it to more freely run Passho Berry. Spikes users like Roserade and Golisopod are great partners for Krookodile thanks to the entry hazard stacks they create alongside Krookodile's Stealth Rock, and they can also check Fighting-types decently for Krookodile. In return, Krookodile can check Psychic-types like Reuniclus for Roserade, and Electric-types like Heliolisk for Golisopod, though it must be wary of their coverage options.

[SET COMMENTS]
Equipping Krookodile with a Choice Band makes its attacks ludicrously difficult to switch into, and its great coverage options cement its place as a top wallbreaker. Its attacks become so strong that even Pokemon that resist them, like Heracross and Tsareena, are cleanly 2HKOed after Stealth Rock. Iron Tail gives Krookodile a great coverage option to hit Galarian Weezing with, 2HKOing defensive sets and having a chance to OHKO offensive sets. Close Combat is preferred in the last slot to give Krookodile a way to smack Zarude hard, as well as dealing with Air Balloon variants of Cobalion and Terrakion. Darkest Lariat can be used instead as a way to deal with Pokemon like Acid Armor Reuniclus while also giving Krookodile a more spammable Dark-type STAB move if it has removed many of the foe's items already.

Late-game cleaners like Mimikyu, Choice Scarf Mienshao, and Doublade appreciate Choice Band Krookodile's ability to break through or cripple checks like Galarian Weezing and defensive Milotic. That said, these two Pokemon are still issues for Krookodile. Offensive Electric-types like Heliolisk and Rotom-W are great teammates for this reason. Entry hazard setters like Cobalion and Druddigon are excellent partners because Krookodile forces many switches, allowing it to rack up passive damage while crippling foes with Knock Off. The former can also check Zarude for Krookodile, while Druddigon can check Pokemon like Golisopod. Galarian Weezing is a great partner for this set, being able to handle revenge killers like Terrakion, Cobalion, and Mienshao. It can also provide Defog support, which helps Krookodile stick around for longer. Checks to Keldeo are also important to pair with Krookodile. Noivern, Celebi, and Starmie are all great options for this; they also threaten Galarian Weezing and the former two can bring Krookodile in safely via U-turn on Pokemon like Rhyperior, Doublade, and non-Choice Scarf Rotom-C. Slowking is notably one of the best partners for this set, being able to check the likes of Galarian Weezing and Noivern for Krookodile. It can set up combos with Future Sight to break through these Pokemon in conjunction with Krookodile's attacks, and it can even bring Krookodile in safely against Pokemon like Incineroar via Teleport.

Krookodile's amazing typing gives it a nearly unresisted dual STAB combination; couple that with a good ability in Intimidate and useful utility moves in Smack Down and Taunt, and you've got a powerful and reliable Stealth Rock user with both offensive and defensive utility. Its solid Speed tier also allows it to act as an offensive check to the likes of Toxtricity, Roserade, and Bisharp, though it must be wary of the latter's Defiant. Smack Down is preferred to allow Krookodile to more easily threaten switch-ins like Skarmory, Galarian Weezing, and Rotom-W. Definitely worth commenting as a more of an aside thing that it gives you a way to kill Talonflame/Scyther, though often just forcing them to U-turn, deterring them from potentially just setting up on you. Taunt can be used instead to prevent recovery or Defog attempts from these foes as well as preventing setup from the likes of Necrozma and Polteageist. Can also be more riskily used to prevent recovery from Palossand too, which otherwise walls you. A Chople Berry is the preferred item on this Krookodile set, allowing it to act as an emergency check to the tier's myriad of Fighting-types like Cobalion, Terrakion, and Mienshao; and importantly act as a check to CM jirachi a Passho Berry can be used instead if Krookodile's team struggles a lot with Rotom-W. i'd just be a little more clear here to the reader and explain exactly how it helps, by letting you take the risk of staying in to Smack Down it on a predicted Volt/Fog/PainSplit, so that it becomes much harder for it to realistically pressure you between Smack Down on switch in and smack down on stay in. If using a Passho Berry, Smack Down should always be used.

Krookodile fits very well on offensive teams that appreciate a capable Stealth Rock setter that can also function as a solid balance breaker. Teammates that can check threatening Bug-types and Fighting-types like Heracross, Golisopod, and Mienshao are helpful, as Krookodile struggles to deal with them, especially without a Chople Berry. Galarian Weezing makes for a great partner as a result, being able to handle these threats while setting up Toxic Spikes to synergize with Krookodile's Stealth Rock. Krookodile can also dissuade Psychic-type moves from the likes of Necrozma and Hatterene for Galarian Weezing, easing some of the pressure on it. Wallbreakers like Choice Band Terrakion and Heracross GP nitpick ig but this reads like CB Heracross appreciate the Stealth Rock support Krookodile provides as well as its ability to cripple checks like Galarian Weezing with Knock Off. Jirachi is an excellent partner that can check Pokemon like Kyurem, Rotom-C, Rotom-W, and Hatterene for Krookodile. It appreciates Krookodile running Stealth Rock so that it can use a different move, too. Spikes users like Roserade, Golisopod, and Skarmory are all great partners for Krookodile thanks to the hazard stacks they create, and they can also check Fighting-types decently for Krookodile. In return, it can check Psychic-types like Necrozma and Reuniclus for Roserade, and Electric-types like Heliolisk and Toxtricity for Skarmory, though it must be wary of their coverage options.

Be nice to throw a mention to some stuff that can pressure Skarmory/Weezing here too, as although Krookodile can somewhat circumvent them with Smack Down, Skarmory can s till pressure it a lot with Body Press, and it hates double ground immunity cores. Can definitely integrate your Jirachi point into this, can also mention Starmie as a great breaker to pair with Krook, since it pressures a lot of the fighting types that it struggles with too.

Iron Tail gives Krookodile a great coverage option to hit Galarian Weezing with, 2HKOing defensive sets and having a chance to OHKO offensive sets. you could also mention how it lets you kill cm hatterene too without just having most of your damage draining kiss'd back. Close Combat is preferred in the last slot to give Krookodile a way to smack opposing Krookodile hard, as well as dealing with Air Balloon Cobalion and Shuca Berry Terrakion. Noivern, Celebi, and Starmie are all great options for this; they also threaten Galarian Weezing and can bring Krookodile in safely via U-turn or Flip Turn we haven't actually mentioned this on analysis at all (i'm also really generally not fond of it cause like starmie would rather just use forced switches to fire analytic attacks in nearly all situations, and the only mon that Flip Turn might actually be useful for against in Celebi you dont threaten directly with Krook) If you wanna say something about starmie you can mention the great offensive core it creates, though a bit repetitious with previous set. on Pokemon like Tyranitar, Doublade, and non-Choice Scarf Rotom-C.

Slowking is definitely a nice partner to mention with this one, with its choice locking it especially appreciates stuff that switches into Weezing/Skarm, but Slowking also just generally checks revenge killers like Starmie/Shao/Keld and brings it in on shit like TTar to click buttons.

A Choice Scarf turns Krookodile into a capable revenge killer, using its good typing to reliably deal with threats like Lycanroc-D, Terrakion, Jirachi, and Bisharp even after a drop from Sticky Web. watch how you word this because it could definitely be taken to suggest the Webs bit with the rest too. Mixed Jirachi is also an excellent partner thanks to its ability to lure and break Pokemon that Krookodile hates dealing with, like Rotom-W, Skarmory, and Quagsire. Having checks to Kyurem is important, as it's bulky enough to survive Krookodile's revenge killing attempts, particularly if Krookodile isn't running Close Combat. Also not very good at revenge killing it in general either thanks to Sub. Pokemon like Sylveon, Assault Vest Hatterene, and Copperajah pair well with Krookodile for this reason. Krookodile's mediocre damage output also means that it can struggle to revenge kill some other bulky offensive Pokemon, most notably Keldeo. You may as well give a mention to Starmie as you can take a LO Hydro and KO back. It also helps with staying in against bulkier Water-types like Slowking but it still runs risk of being burned, up to you if you want to include this part though. Krookodile can also dissuade Psychic-type moves from the likes of Necrozma and Hatterene I'm not a huge fan of the Hatterene example because you're being forced straight back out anyways. Perhaps use Reuni instead. for Galarian Weezing, easing some of the pressure on it. I'd also mention Mimi as a way to deter Fighting-types but it also helps deal with the teapot because Krook is a Dark-type that can't take a hit from it. It also greatly appreciates Krook either crippling or removing Weezing and Skarmory with Smack Down, Knock, or Taunt. Wallbreakers like Heracross and Choice Band Terrakion and appreciate the Stealth Rock support Krookodile provides as well as its ability to cripple checks like Galarian Weezing and Skarmory (Removing its helmet can go a long way in keeping both of these healthier) with Knock Off. Iron Tail gives Krookodile a great coverage option to hit Galarian Weezing with, 2HKOing defensive sets and having a chance to OHKO offensive sets, while also smacking Hatterene very hard I'd just mention that it can drop max HP variants of Hatt (The AV sets). Close Combat is preferred in the last slot to give Krookodile a way to smack opposing Krookodile hard, as well as dealing with Air Balloon Cobalion and Shuca Berry Terrakion. I removed Shuca Terrak and used Balloon instead so I'd probs update this. It is also worth mentioning CC actually guarantees the OHKO on Kyurem, which otherwise eats every other hit. Darkest Lariat can be used instead as a way to deal with Pokemon like Acid Armor Reuniclus and Electric Seed Necrozma. I would give a little mention to it being a stronger Dark STAB move once a target has absorbed a Knock Off, making it more favorable to spam in some cases.

Late-game cleaners like Mimikyu, Choice Scarf Mienshao, and Doublade appreciate Choice Band Krookodile's ability to break through or cripple checks like Galarian Weezing, defensive Milotic, and Skarmory. I'd give a few more mentions of Pokemon that pressure Skarmory because you are just unable to break past that Pokemon with Knock doing like 35%. Elec-types like Rotom-W and Toxtricity would work fine.

This kind of reads off like Iron Tail also helps it deal with all of these foes you mentioned, rather than just Weezing. I'd reword or just mention Iron Tail in a new line, because it is solely for offensive Weezing and Bold Hatterene. It should be noted, though, that Iron Tail doesn't really hit defensive Galarian Weezing all that hard without a boosting item. Close Combat is preferred in the last slot to allow Krookodile to reliably revenge kill Air Balloon variants of Terrakion and Cobalion, but Darkest Lariat can be used instead if a more reliable Dark-type STAB move is required. Personally, I would prefer if Scarf Krook was the second set. The ability to revenge kill Lycanroc-D and Jirachi is pretty huge compared to the breaking power from band rn. 2/2

Taunt can be used instead to prevent recovery or Defog attempts from these foes and Palossand as well as while preventing setup from the likes of Necrozma and Polteageist. A Chople Berry is the preferred item on this Krookodile set, allowing it to act as an emergency check to the tier's myriad of (because of 'Fighting-types like') Fighting-types like Cobalion, Terrakion, and Mienshao while also acting as a check to Calm Mind Jirachi; a Passho Berry can be used instead if Krookodile's team struggles a lot with Rotom-W and Starmie, both of which it can then check in a pinch. If using a Passho Berry, Smack Down should always be used, allowing Krookodile to be played more recklessly in order to ground Rotom-W. complementing Krookodile's ability to play more recklessly against Rotom-W with the reward of exposing it to Earthquake. (what allows krook to be more reckless is passho. also optimized information to be fresher)

Krookodile fits very well on offensive teams that appreciate a capable Stealth Rock setter that can also function as a solid balance breaker. Teammates that can check threatening Bug-types and Fighting-types like Heracross, Golisopod, and Mienshao are helpful (RC), as Krookodile struggles to deal with them, especially without a Chople Berry. Galarian Weezing makes for a great partner as a result, being able to handle these threats while setting up Toxic Spikes to synergize with Krookodile's Stealth Rock. Krookodile can also in turn dissuade Psychic-type moves from the likes of Necrozma and Reuniclus for Galarian Weezing (AC), as they do not want to give Krookodile a free switch in, (clarity, and makes the Mimikyu bit flow better with this explanation foundation under it) easing some of the pressure on it Galarian Weezing. Mimikyu is an effective teammate that can make Fighting-types like Mienshao think twice before using their STAB moves on Krookodile; it also appreciates Krookodile's ability to cripple or even (both acknowledges the unusualness of KOing Skarm and prevents "cripple" from needing an example to not feel isolated) KO Skarmory and Galarian Weezing thanks to Smack Down and Earthquake. Mimikyu also checks Polteageist, which is important as Krookodile can't check Polteageist despite being a Dark-type. Wallbreakers like Heracross and Choice Band Terrakion and appreciate the Stealth Rock support Krookodile provides as well as its ability to cripple checks like Galarian Weezing and Skarmory with Knock Off. Jirachi is an excellent partner that can check Pokemon like Kyurem, Rotom-C, Rotom-W, and Hatterene for Krookodile(RC), while pressuring Skarmory and Galarian Weezing. It also appreciates Krookodile running Stealth Rock so that it can use a different move, too does not have to. Other partners that can pressure Skarmory and Galarian Weezing like Heliolisk and Starmie are great options to pair with Krookodile. Starmie notably offensively checks Fighting-types for Krookodile as well, allowing it to more freely run Passho Berry. Spikes users like Roserade, Golisopod, and Skarmory are all great partners for Krookodile thanks to the hazard stacks they create with Krookodile, (making clear krook helps make the stack. all the other "krookodile" and "it" changes in this area are ripple effects from this one.) and they can also check Fighting-types decently for Krookodile. it. In return, it Krookodile can check Psychic-types like Necrozma and Reuniclus for Roserade, and Electric-types like Heliolisk and Toxtricity for Skarmory, though it must be wary of their coverage options.

A Choice Scarf turns Krookodile into a capable revenge killer, using its good typing to reliably deal with threats like Lycanroc-D, Terrakion, Jirachi, and Bisharp even if Krookodile's Speed has been dropped by Sticky Web. Its good Speed tier means that it can outspeed very quick Pokemon like Noivern, Talonflame, and Ribombee, allowing it to act as a good form of speed control for offensive teams that need it. Stone Edge is a great coverage option to hit the aforementioned threats hard while still doing decent damage to Pokemon like offensive Galarian Weezing and allowing Krookodile to reliably revenge kill Scyther. Iron Tail can be used instead, but doesn't really hit defensive Galarian Weezing all that hard; it's only really useful for offensive Galarian Weezing and Calm Mind Hatterene. Close Combat is preferred in the last slot to allow Krookodile to reliably revenge kill Air Balloon variants of Terrakion and Cobalion, but Darkest Lariat can be used instead if a more reliable Dark-type STAB move is required. (AC), with the extra power over Knock Off against an itemless foe notably ensuring that you can 2HKO Reuniclus. (I messaged you on PS for this one. For other people reading, this still says "hey this is more powerful than weak knock off in general" while also specifying the biggest reason you'd specifically care about that 20BP gap, which is not an obvious thing to prioritize) Moxie can be used on this set over Intimidate to give Krookodile an easier time sweeping late-game while also preventing it from activating Bisharp's Defiant, but it's hard to pass up the defensive utility offered by Intimidate.

This Krookodile is quite easy to take advantage of exploit (that phrasing primed me to think "what move or teammate will this Krook benefit from) due to its lower damage output and inability to switch moves, and it can't really break through defensive teams either. For this reason, wallbreakers like Choice Band Terrakion and Choice Specs Keldeo should be paired with it, as they can bust through the likes of Galarian Weezing and Hatterene for Krookodile. Entry hazard support from Pokemon like Jirachi and Roserade is also appreciated to help Krookodile with picking up KOs on Pokemon like Cobalion and Doublade. It also commonly runs Substitute, meaning Krookodile can't revenge kill it even if it's weakened. Pokemon like Sylveon, Assault Vest Hatterene, and Escavalier pair well with Krookodile for this reason.

Equipping Krookodile with a Choice Band makes its attacks ludicrously difficult to switch into, and its great coverage options cement its place as a top wallbreaker. (Given that you moved Band to third set, i'm not sure "top" is appropriate. Maybe krook is so good in UU that even its third set can be a top wallbreaker? If not, consider "fearsome", "terrifying", etc.) Its attacks become so strong that even Pokemon that resist them, like Heracross and Tsareena, are cleanly 2HKOd after Stealth Rock. Iron Tail gives Krookodile a great coverage option to hit Galarian Weezing with, 2HKOing defensive sets and having a chance to OHKO offensive sets, while also having a chance to OHKO Assault Vest Hatterene. Close Combat is preferred in the last slot to give Krookodile a way to smack opposing Krookodile hard, as well as dealing with Air Balloon variants of Cobalion and Terrakion. It also OHKOs Kyurem, which will otherwise survive any hit Krookodile throws at it. Darkest Lariat can be used instead as a way to deal with Pokemon like Acid Armor Reuniclus and Electric Seed Necrozma, while also giving Krookodile a more spammable Dark-type STAB move if it has removed many of the foe's items already.

Late-game cleaners like Mimikyu, Choice Scarf Mienshao, and Doublade appreciate Choice Band Krookodile's ability to break through or cripple remove the Leftovers from (makes absolutely clear that the most you'll threaten some of these checks is with removing their Leftovers, as opposed to crippling them with damage they can't recover from, and prevents a whiplash from seeing the Skarm bit after this. If 'items' is better than 'Leftovers', that's fine.) checks like Galarian Weezing, defensive Milotic, and Skarmory. That said, these three Pokemon checks (making clear the cleaners are not the issues) are still huge issues concerns (more whiplash reduction) for Krookodile. Skarmory in particular completely walls Krookodile; offensive Electric-types like Toxtricity, Heliolisk, and Rotom-W are great teammates for this reason, and they can also deal with Galarian Weezing and defensive Milotic for Krookodile. Entry hazard users like Jirachi, Cobalion, and Druddigon are excellent partners because Krookodile forces many switches, allowing it to rack up passive damage while crippling foes with Knock Off. The former two can also check Kyurem for Krookodile, while Druddigon can check Pokemon like Jirachi and Golisopod. Galarian Weezing is a great partner for this set, being able to handle revenge killers like Terrakion, Cobalion, and Mienshao. It can also provide Defog support, which helps Krookodile stick around for longer. Checks to Keldeo are also important to pair with Krookodile. Noivern, Celebi, and Starmie are all great options for this; they also threaten Galarian Weezing and the former two can bring Krookodile in safely via U-turn on Pokemon like Tyranitar, Doublade, and non-Choice Scarf Rotom-C. Slowking is notably one of the best partners for this set, being able to check the likes of Galarian Weezing and Skarmory for Krookodile. It can set up combos with Future Sight to break through these Pokemon in conjunction with Krookodile's attacks, and it can even bring Krookodile in safely against Pokemon like Tyranitar and Incineroar via Teleport.

Close Combat is recommended in order to nail Zarude on switch-in the switch in, but Taunt can be used instead to prevent recovery or Defog attempts from foes like Palossand, (AC) as well as preventing setup from the likes of Polteageist.

Krookodile fits very well on offensive teams that appreciate a capable Stealth Rock setter that can also function as a solid balance wallbreaker. Teammates that can check threatening Bug-types Bug- and Fighting-types like Heracross, Golisopod, and Mienshao are helpful, as Krookodile struggles to deal with them, especially without a Chople Berry. Galarian Weezing makes for a great partner as a result, being able to handle these threats while setting up Toxic Spikes to synergize with Krookodile's Stealth Rock. Mimikyu is an effective teammate that can make Fighting-types like Mienshao think twice before using their STAB moves on Krookodile; it also appreciates Krookodile's ability to cripple like Galarian Weezing.
