Incidentally, are there any diplomacy cpus to play against?

There was a diplomacy video game made a while back, but it's awfully hard to find these days.

Look at that board man. Austria has three army units. Germany has 2 boats that can ease into Russian waters. Italy went double boat..

England is normal, and France is kinda anti England/Italy. France will have to do a lot of work while Austria puts out for Germany and Italy.

But this is just how I'm reading it. I don't know what the talk is on irc.

personally, I feel that Austria is better off with 3 armies since it is mostly in land and has nothing it can do in water at the moment. Italy should have started off with two fleets in the original map as well, IMO, since it would be better with fleets. I thought England was kinda normal, like it always is, iunno, not possible to tell. I can't tell what France and Turkey are thinking though.

Gross. Use a program like diptool. It will save you a lot of time and greatly reduce the chances of making mistakes processing the orders.
