VGC Latias

[OVERVIEW]

* Latias is an exceptional Tailwind setter thanks to its great bulk, defensive typing, Levitate, and solid Speed. It also checks common threats such as Landorus and Urshifu-R.

* Assault Vest Kingambit is a great partner, beating most of Latias's counters like Flutter Mane, Gholdengo, and, to an extent, Incineroar. It also makes great use of Tailwind, and Latias beats most of its counters as well.

* Latias can be very tough to remove especially if it Terastallizes into a Poison-type, which, when combined with Levitate, has only one weakness and many valuable resistances. This becomes extra apparent when using Recover, which lets it clean up late-game when positioned well, especially if Mist Ball gets some Special Attack drops.

[SET]

Bulky Tailwind Setter (Latias) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 244 HP / 4 Def / 68 SpA / 4 SpD / 188 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Mist Ball
- Ice Beam
- Tailwind
- Recover

[SET COMMENTS]

* Ice Beam is great coverage in general and very important for OHKOing Landorus, one of Latias's best and most important matchups.

* Rocky Helmet lets Latias punish common and important moves like Fake Out and U-turn. It also breaks Chien-Pao's Focus Sash if it opts to run Ice Spinner and heavily discourages the prevalent Urshifu-R from attacking it.

* The Speed EVs allow it to outspeed max Speed Landorus, the Special Attack EVs let it OHKO Urshifu-R and Landorus more consistently, and the rest of the EVs are used to optimize its bulk.

* Tera Poison, when paired with Levitate, makes Latias very difficult to break, as Psychic-types, besides opposing Latias, are not common, and the Poison typing offers resistances to many relevant offensive types, the most important of which being Fairy, because of Flutter Mane.

Good content in general, the only issue is the slightly informal tone at some points. Good to go once you implement these changes. QC 1/1
[OVERVIEW]

* Latias is an exceptional Tailwind setter due thanks to its great bulk, defensive typing, Levitate and solid Speed stat. It also checks common threats such as Landorus-I (only attached when the Pokemon is an alternative form, not the base one) and Urshifu-Rapid-Strike.

* Assault Vest Kingambit is a great partner beating most of Latias's (how the American system works) counters: Flutter Mane, Gholdengo and, to an extent, Incineroar to an extent. It also does a good job abusing makes good use of Tailwind (abusing=/=exploiting) and Latias beats most of its counters as well.

* Latias can be very tough to remove, especially if it terastalyzes Terastallizes into a Poison-type (AH) which has only one weakness combined with Levitate and many valuable resistances. (probably worth mentioning Fairy like FM Moonblast here too, maybe also Ursh U-turn if you want) This becomes extra apparent because of Recover which just lets it solo (probably not the most formal way to say it but idk how to replace it so we'll leave it to gp) endgames when positioned well, especially if Mist Ball gets some SpA drops over time.

* Ice Beam is great coverage in general and very important for hitting Landorus-I, one of Latias's best and most important matchups.

* Rocky Helmet makes Latias a pain to deal with as moves commonly used for pivoting, which are a huge part of the format, such as Fake Out and U-turn become tougher to click into use on (formal) Latias; it also breaks Chien-Pao's Focus Sash if they it opts to run Ice Spinner and heavily discourages the prevalent Urshifu-Rapid-Strike from attacking it.

* The Speed EVs allow it to outspeed max speed Landorus-I, the offensive EVs let it OHKO Urshifu-R and Landorus-I more consistently and the rest of the evs EVs were used to optimize its bulk.

* Tera Poison when paired with Levitate is very difficult to break, Psychic types outside of other Latias are not particularly common and Poison offers resists against many relevant offensive types, the most important one being Fairy because of the omnipresent Flutter Mane.

* Assault Vest Kingambit is a great partner beating most of Latias's counters (Think u could reword to this like "Assault Vest Kingambit can be a good partner for Latias as it beats its counters"): like (Remove Colon) Flutter Mane, and (Remove Comma) Gholdengo, (Add Comma) and, (Remove Comma) to an extent, Incineroar.
