Sorry for the long delay in a new Core Ladder Challenge. However, I didn't recover from surgery as well as expected and had to have more treatment. Now I am back and so is the project! Hopefully this can get back to being a fun bi-weekly event for you all the join :]​

Awesome combo let's see how it works out!

Post platinum: really enjoyed it especially venonat's ability to put pokemon to sleep, speed up, and pass with substitute. I have never used a set that doesn't have any moves with damage so I was amazed that I could still pick up wins. I have also never really used baton pass before so it was great.

Shoutout to Fille for the Pancham idea if he still remembers/uses it; he used to take me down on ladder with it and torchic. My team is different with the core and other pokemon but our encounters gave me the thought to try Pancham out as the end goal.
