Im sorry Quinn, but i waited 20min as we can see in the logs. He asked to play weekend which i accepted even if it meant to play on sunday and waste the opportunity to have a backup if we played during week. We were scheduled for 1pm gmt-4/7pm gmt+2. Yes we said around, but around doesnt mean 40min later (at least to me, but theres no rules on that on smogon as far as i know, i could be wrong tho). For me, requesting a time that we arent sure of means that you need to specify a range. For example, if they asked for between 1 and 2pm gmt+4, i would've say know cuz i had a set for bdsp ssnl at 2pm, thats the point of scheduling to not get double booked. What they requested for me was a 15-20min range before of after, not more. And as we saw, they only show up 40min later which was clearly not enough to play a bo3. Once again, im sorry but i had 4 different sets to play today, scheduling everything is part of the game and we assume that both player will respect it, now i cant play it anymore cuz i got school stuff to do.

he said around this time wich was posted at 7:36pm wich meant around 730pm. it was just a miscommunication but he stated that he wanted to play at 7:30 in his post

He was answering to my question, simply. He asked for 7pm+2 on saturday which i said i cant and suggested this same time on sunday and he said this time works on sunday. Dont try to play on words plz, thats clearly not a miscommunication thing. If you want a different time that what has been stated during the conversation then just say it and dont think the opp will interpret something that no one could ever see. Once again, im sorry but it is what it is and now ill stop answering cuz my teachers wont be happy about me

i am not playing with words why would he show up at the time he suggested you? he assumed you would notice that you wanted to play around that time and expected to flexible with scheduling. anyways i let the host decide but i think it better to coinflip this or extension this match.

There's enough ambiguity around which time you both agreed to here (use of the phrase "around 7pm" at the start and your opponent saying "around this time" when they confirmed they could do Sunday, alongside them showing up on Sunday 2 minutes off from the relative time of that message (7:36PM GMT+2 vs 7:38PM GMT+2)) that I don't think either of you have sufficient grounds for an activity win. Looks like you thought you scheduled for 7 PM GMT+2, PoseidonWrath thought you scheduled for around 7:36 PM GMT-2, and the game didn't get done due to that.

If you've both got time to play during the week (I'm aware the timezone difference might make this difficult) I can extend this series to Wednesday, if not then it'll go to a flip.
