Leftovers: At the end of every turn, holder restores 1/16 of its max HP.
Black Sludge: Each turn, if holder is a Poison type, restores 1/16 max HP; loses 1/8 if not.
Sitrus Berry: Restores 1/4 max HP when at 1/2 max HP or less. Single use.
Adding if the HP restored rounds down or up could be useful. Recovery moves like Recover and Roost already specify this, and so do abilities like Poison Heal.
Suggesting this cause not everything rounds up nor down, as for example Morning Sun rounds down while Slack Off rounds up, so adding this could help clear confusions.
