SPOILERS! Legends ZA Data Dumps - Adding Info to OP

To my knowledge I believe it is. I don't know if you catch it in 10%, 50% or Complete
ah alright, I was moreso curious if we could get like a Zydog as a gift a bit earlier or through a sidequest so I could use it for my casual playthrough, never ended up using it in SM so I figured this would be a fun time to do it

So trying to avoid story spoilers, but there's something I'm just curious about: do you ever, like. hear or see what happened with Geosenge town in the intervening 5(ish?) years

No one in XY seemed perturbed about half the town being knocked over or the giant crater the ultimate weapon ws in but like i dunno. would be nice to know it's doing okay. maybe get a littel CG.

maybe it's something like a princess (meganium), a dragon (feraligatr), and a knight (emboar) to have a sort of fairy tale theming? if thats the case, though, they got the type matchups backwards
it shouldve been serperior and empoleon cmon game freak what are you doing

Ooh I like that, really hammers in the royalty and medieval fantasy vibe Kalos has as a whole despite Z-A predominantly being in Lumiose City, a modern urban metropolis. And the backwards type matchups adds a funny twist in such a case.

Complements a lot of the Kalos roster really well, since the OG Kalos starters have a Fantasy DnD RPG class vibe (doubled down on by their new Megas), the Fairy-type has the "cleric" vibe and fae add to the fantastical vibe (especially Florges and Sylveon). and the Goomy line is slime monster (weakest enemy)->boss Dragon, and things like Aegislash, Aurorus, and Tyrantrum hammer in a medieval fantasy vibe too.

I dig it!

Thank you. Hopefully these status carry over to the next turn based games.
They will not.
I have a question about the final story piece:

Do we know if Ange Floette has stats coded in the system? And does it have a type?
Considering it wasn't found in the code earlier when the stats were extracted it either just uses the regular form's stats (or its Mega's) or it's a Starmobile situation. Either way it's not a real form.

That is kind of odd. I am reading they can be held by a Pokemon in game, but work more like key items (1 per game, cannot be removed from inventory).

Do we know what Effect Sequence is for moves? What determines the cool down/recharge time for a move? Looking at Mach Punch it still has a +1 priority but a very high Effect Sequence.
Where is that move data from? And is that all listed for Mach Punch?

Usually, the move data for Pokémon games are dumped into a big spreedsheet to fit all parameters.

Now that Im actually home and can comment on these:

Meganium: saw it a bit earlier, Very cute, very chonky. I like that its solarbeams are so strong it gets its on special in universe name for it like its a secret anime technique.

Cleafable: This one is the one I was kind of worried about the most when I heard the dex descriptions. And...its growing on me a bit. The wings are beautiful its got bright sparkly eyes, and the ears are like Snubbull's. The squiggly of hair becoming a hat tho is....hm. Flesh hat. it feels like it should be plush but imagining it feels like it'd be like touching a cyst or something. Maybe the intent was meant to be one of those Fairy Cakes like Slurpuff is based on. Ill need to see it in motion.

EDIT:
And now we have it in motion! Maybe the head is meant to be part beret part desert, like a cupcake or a macaroon.

Pyroar: The original pyroar had the Kanji for Fire (火) as its mane on the male, which we see when anyone uses Fire Blast. Not only does it combine the male and female manes in the design but it also becomes the kanji for Blaze or Flame(炎). I honestly felt Pyroar was done dirty for a while, hoping that it gets proper movepoll additions with Champions. Earth Power is a good start at least!
Sorry, had to log in to my abandoned account to correct you there.

Fire Blast is based on the Kanji for “Big”

As you can see in its Japanese name “Daimonji meaning big letter.

THIS IS LYSANDRE'S BATTLE THEME?! DID THE UPLOADER OF THIS VIDEO MAKE A MISTAKE CUZ I THOUGHT THIS HAD TO BE FOR ANGE FLOETTE...

WAIT... GOD DAMNIT THOSE STRINGS AT 0:44 ARE AN ELEGANT, SOOTHING VERSION OF THE TEAM FLARE MOTIF. THIS MF KEEPS GETTING THE BEST BATTLE THEMES?!!?

So a lot earlier I was convinced that Mega Starmie was a reference to the Starmen from Earthbound. Turns out that I wasnt exactly wrong, but its likely its closer to a much more common ancestor: Ultraman. Not only do the Starmen from Earthbound seem to copy this exact pose, but Staryu and Starmie cries are the same as Ultraman's in the anime! And what's even more, Staryu and Starmie's jewel glows when in a low power/health state, a reference to Ultraman's timer winding down before he shrinks.
