Of courae not; they aren't Mega Pokemon after all. Even in the old days they didnt take up a mega slot.

Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
SPOILERS! Legends ZA Data Dumps - Adding Info to OP

My shot at translating the dex entry (my French is rusty):
Full of power, it keeps enemies at a distance by increasing its body temperature. It's said to be able to reach a million degrees.
Was looking through the zukan_comment file to check placements and seems like there are new entires this go around, even for stuff that had entries to pull on.
I love this one for Annihilape: Primeape evolved into Annihilape after repeatedly
using a move with enough force to burst the
blood vessels in its head.
Surprisingly each Genesect Drive has its own entry now. The second half is the type swap I'd expect from a situation like this but I am surprised they wrote a different sentence for the first half. "LOOK at how cool Genesect is."
Genesect assumes its flight configuration to soar
through the sky. Its current form is equipped with
a cassette loaded with water energy.
Genesect fires off projectile energy blasts. Its
current form is equipped with a cassette loaded
with electric energy.
Genesect possesses sharp steel claws. Its
current form is equipped with a cassette
loaded with fire energy.
Genesect is devoid of mercy. Its current form is
equipped with a cassette loaded with ice energy.
Also yes this does mean that all of the legendary & mythic Pokemon introduced in the DLC actually got new entries, for the first time in forever for many of them and that Xerneas & Yveltal just. Continue to have their two (2) entries from before.

Man I love this, if only it weren't such a demonic pokemon
Based on Side Mission page on Serebii, there seem to be some rematches in Hyperspace. Since they are 2v2, though, I'm afraid we won't see new Pokemon from important NPC. So welcome back to Crown Tundra.
Gotta feel bad for stuff like Mega Delphox and Mega Alakazam. They looked like they could do well with their stats and now Mega Absol Z is here to eat them for breakfast.
The surface of the sun is 10,000 degrees.
Magcargo is 18,000 degrees. This is hot enough to vaporize anyone who steps within line of sight of it and enough to cause Tungsten to boil.
1 million degrees is such a ludicrous number that we're talking about magnitudes hotter than the fireballs of nuclear explosions and heat on par with the center of the sun.
If Heatran even tried to do this it would just vaporize the ground beneath its feet (and probably the city surrounding it) then proceed to fall straight to the Earth's core, flash vaporizing and boiling the stone and magma beneath it as fast as it falls. It would finally come to a rest in the center of the Earth, where gravity holds it in place. It would be 100x hotter than the core itself, although probably a small fraction of the total energy released.
Funny thing is I don't know if it's Fahrenheit or Celsius because when you mean a million degrees the measurement used is almost irrelevant. This magma ballsack might be the the hottest thing ever.
Even with Dazzling Gleam?
Is Mega Eternal Floette a good counter?
The issue is 151 Speed. If it can get in it should outspeed and one-shot. At the very least it will be a premier revenge killer for both. And I'd say it would be a decent check. Can't recall the defense stats for Mega Floette.
Raptor got some fun stuff. Brick Break and Low Sweep are just in-game filler tbh, but Bulk Up is kinda nice.
We know the drill tho. Close Combat, we ball (STAB Edition).

Watch Brick Break be it's main STAB in the ZA ranked
Jesus Christ I forgot that this thing will get access to boots in Champions. Thankfully it'll be staying in AG for the foreseeable future.
There's probably ab etter pastebin but I've just been going through https://abcboy101.github.io/poke-corpus/#file=za.zukan_comment_A
Further review shows a lot of the added Pokemon do still use old entries, though. I'll need to look through them all to see who got what but if I had to spitball it everyone before gen 4 reuses an entry (or at least, reuses an entry and tweaks the wording) aside from Chimecho (because it got a mega, maybe?).
Do you think we will get trainer data by Tomorrow?:-)
Link doesn't work.
