Legit Darkrai event (July 14 in Japan)

According to Serebii.net, the Japanese Pokemon kids get access to Darkrai on July 14th by going to the movies. You will get it through the local Wireless Mystery Gift, with the following goodies:
- it is ""caught" inside a Cherish Ball
- has a special ribbon
- holds an Enigma Berry

However, what will probably interest you the most is that it will have the Palkia/Dialga exclusive moves Roar of Time and Spacial Rend. From a competitive perspective all of this seems of little use as my favourite theoretical Darkrai set is Dark Pulse/Dark Void/Calm Mind/Substitute, but who knows...

I don't exactly know how Mystery Gift works on DP and couldn't find anything about it, but knowing it from GSC my bet would be that it only works once a day or something, making it pretty difficult to obtain a good Darkrai, or to get multiple ones without cloning. I know Jumpman once got the NOA employees at the Toys R Us to give him a good Modest Mew after helping out kids downloading theirs though...

Yeah, discuss everything related to this as long as you stay away from tiering.
 
I'd be laughing real hard at Darkrai using Roar of Time.

These moves are useless aside from the fact that Spacial Rend has a high CH rate and stops Palkia from entering

I like CM/Dark pulse/Dark Void/Taunt better tbh. Taunt says hi to Sleep Talkers

Yeah, saw it on Wikipedia earlier today.

Was like "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaa?!" when I saw Darkrai with Roar of Time AND Spacial Rend.

Also take note that Darkrai is downloaded to the event man, so I'm guessing it's possible to save in front of him and SR for natures and IVs (I doubt you can Sync this though).

Cost to go to the movie: 4800 yen (iirc)

Well, Synchronize doesn't work when you pick a Eevee/Fossil Pokémon, so I'm certain it won't work with Darkrai.
