I know it's not very viable for me to talk about moderater action
But it's very inconvenient for me as a permalocked user to be unable to pm global bots
They have many useful commands that makes lives easier and are necessary for many approved user-hosted formats (etc. catch and evolve tour)
Tibot's usage command is very useful and I often use it to build teams. Being locked should not limit a user's rights to access competitive info.
However, I believe Lady Monita's mail command should be disabled for us.
From my deepest respect for Zarel the millionare doge and the rest of the team, I request to let locked people PM global bots.

I understand it's for the to the bot owner to implement
But still being locked should not limit a user's rights to access competitive info that's not ok stand up for locked rights
