the flag-type thing takes you to a weird yellow page, then if you click on the 0:40:33 PM part it takes you to a page with a real clock and a bunch of different buttons you can select, all of which take you to different pictures of pigeons taken by a security camera

the images appear to be intentionally broken; all the images lead to x.gif which is an image of the little "broken image" pic.

also, have a look at the source of the homepage, guys. there's a rather elaborate diagram of nuclear fission in there and designs for what i can only assume are nukes.
