The team's great..good synergy offensively and defensively..
BUT this is one of the most standard team I have seen in PO and Smogon...
My rate: this team has huge weakness to sun teams. you have no answer to volca and venusaur. to remedy this, try to fit in a scarf ttar and/or terrakion.
How is this team weak to Volcarona or Venusaur when Heatran walls both of them unless Volcarona is running HP Ground? Oh, and I think you should be running Aerial Ace over Pursuit on Scizor since Pursuit is kind of weird on a choice scarfed set. You should probably be running Iron Head over Bullet Punch too because scarfed bullet punch never ohkos Terrakion.
Hey very nice team....celetran...and ...scrotom combo, when used together makes a deadly combo itself...so 4 mons already have great synergy, its just a matter of the other 2 pokes u choose to go around them...which arent very bad choices although i think they could be better...but lets not go there.
I would change ur scizor set, to the cb variant that ur fren runs...although scarf is underated, and useful (not gimmicky), i see it as more of a luxury on this team, choice band bullet punch will often be needed more than just outspeeding scizors threats. u have so much synergy and momentum that eventually u'll wear down those threats and cb bp will pick of all of them off....trust me
Next i would make rotom have more speed ...252 speed ev's...mien sub toxic gliscor is a pain in the ass, and he will stall out hydro pump so a threat definatley u need to outspeed...u dont need that much bulk on rotom anyways, u'll either switch out or hit something hard...rotom was never a mon to tank hits.

Anyways, as most people have already pointed out, Offensive Volcarona is bound to cause your team some problems. The fact that you guys have opted for a Choice Scarf Scizor alleviates the Latios problems, but unfortunately opens you up to DD Salamence, who can set up against Celebi and proceed to wreak havoc. A Choice Scarf Terrakion would greatly help against those two in place of Lucario. With an Air Balloon, Lucario is incredibly weak and has difficult sweeping, especially with reduced Extremespeed power. As well, it is a very unreliable way of dealing with Landorus and Gliscor, since you never know when you'll get hit by a random U-Turn and essentially become a neutered SD Luke. While it isn't exactly the safest check, Scarf Terrakion will certainly help for dealing with DD Scrafty. With a Choice Scarf, Terrakion outspeeds even a +2 Scrafty and can OHKO with Close Combat. Earthquake can be run to screw around with Toxicroak. Bulk Up Scrafty could be problematic if you give it too many Bulk Up boosts, but if you sufficiently weaken it ahead of time, Terrak can clean up the pieces. The only problem with Terrak is that you lose priority in Extremespeed, but Air Balloon Extremespeed isn't particularly powerful anyways.
One thing I think you should consider is Hidden Power Ice on Celebi. I'm telling you, nobody ever sees that coming! Earth Power is used solely for Heatran, who can already be handled between Rotom-W and Terrakion. HP Ice allows you to pick off Dragonite, Landorus, and whatnot who think, oh! free set-up opportunity! You may also want to consider going with a Life Orb. The addition of Terrakion isn't helping your Conkeldurr problems at all, and that extra oomph from Life Orb lets you OHKO Conk at +0. Although this means Celebi will go down more quickly, you do still have Giga Drain to recover HP. In some cases, the extra damage you deal from having a Life Orb means you heal 10+% more than you would've if you had Leftovers, so the Life Orb is actually improving Celebi's survival against foes such as Rotom-W.
TLDR version:
Scarf Terrakion>Air Balloon Lucario
pros: checks many problematic Pokes such as Salamence, Volcarona, Scrafty, Toxicroak and provides back-up against Hydreigon, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Celebi etc, its basically a great crutch
cons: lose out on Extremespeed/ potential endgame sweep
HP Ice/Life Orb>Earth Power/Life Orb on Celebi
pros: surprise Pokes such as Dragonite and Salamence who come in thinking they can set-up, better to deal with Landorus/ Gliscor, OHKO against Conkeldurr
cons: walled by Heatran, slightly more vulnerable, but you do have Giga Drain for recovery

I guess i will try out Scarf Terrak over Lucario since i do find it a little weak and is really only good for beating Gliscor, Ferro, Heatran, and other things it can beat. But that's something a Scarf Terra can do too. So i will definitely give it a test and result back with results within the next few days or so.
Also, I will also test out LO Celebi w/ HP Ice > Earth Power.

Yeah, Physical Venu and HP Ground Volc can do a number on this team.
But, Pursuit lets be beat Gengar in-case they predict a bullet punch or decide to stay in and try to KO Scizor.
Bullet Punch lets me clean up late game if everything is weakened and Scizor is still alive. Esepcially if sometihng like a +2 Salamence for example is below 40%, Bullet punch would probably KO. Though, that's just a guess. But i'm sure you get what i'm saying.

Yeah. Cele+Tran and Rotom-W+Scizor work pretty well together :)
Scarf Scizor is very surprising and helpful. It doesn't really need CB, especially since my team is pretty bulky enough to weaken stuff and let Scarf Scizor KO things late game, as i said in response to Sir in the last quote.
Bulky Rotom-W is very helpful actually. I may probably add some speed ev's, but i'll be thinking about that.
