Nope, it isn't guarenteed as a +Sp. Atk only increases its attack by 1 Atk. Tier. So with the +Nature, it is only a chance to kill.
I really like the Life Orb, but I mainly use it on Flygon. Great Pokemon for it. Immune to all forms of Spikes, resists Stealth Rock, immune to Sandstorm. I run EQ/Stone Edge/U-Turn/Roost. Roost lets me recover the LO damage and I get a nice boost to the Ground/Rock combo. The real reason I love the setup though, is because it lets me instantly flee with U-Turn when I need to get out. That ability alone comes in handly more often than not.
