Yanmega @ Focus sash
Modest
Ability:Speed Boost
104 DEF/ 252 SpA/ 152 SPE
~Protect
~Air Slash
~Bug Buzz
~Hypnosis
Protect first turn to scout and get a speed boost. Hypnosis to get a free switch in for Linoone (unless a counter for Linoone switches in, then i go for Electivire or Slowking, depending on what switches in. Slowking for grounds, steels, and rocks. Electivire for anything else that causes trouble for Linoone).
Bug Buzz and Air Slash for type coverage if I'm confident for an OHKO. Focus sash for random Hypnosis misses.

slowking.png
Slowking @ Leftovers
Modest
Ability: Own Tempo
212 HP/ 44 DEF/ 252 SpA
~Nasty Plot
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Slack Off
Sweeper for Linoone counters. Nasty Plot on switches or weaker foes. Surf and Ice Beam for standard Water-Type coverage. Surf is for those annoying Steelix's and Rock-Types who ruin a Linoone sweep. Ice Beam for coverage. Slack Off is great for longevity for Slowking as he has great SpD and respectable Def. Leftovers aid Slack Off.

electivire.png
Electivire @ Expert Belt
Adamant
Ability:Motor Drive
4 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPE
~Cross Chop
~Thunder Punch
~Ice Punch
~Earthquake
My other Linoone counter solver. Great coverage. Thunder Punch for STAB and Gyarados. Ice Punch for threatening Dragons(namely salamence and UBERS maybe). Cross Chop for random Rocks, Steels and Normals. Mainly Rocks and Steels. And Earthquake is there for good measure. I went with Expert Belt over Life Orb because, frankly, i don't like Life Orb. My only exception is on a Tauros because late-game sweeps with Life Orbed Tauros and Return are satisfying :)

registeel.png
Registeel @ Leftovers
Careful
Ability:Clear Body
252 HP/ 100 ATK/ 156 SpD
~Iron Head
~Seismic Toss
~Stealth Rock
~Thunder Wave

A good set-up for Linoone because anything faster than Linoone will eat a Thunder Wave and on the switch, or as a death fodder, i can setup stealth Rocks. Seismic Toss for guaranteed damage. Iron Head over Earthquake and Shadow Claw because Ghosts wall him with Earthquake and Shadow Claw covers more on Type coverage, but has less power than STAB Iron Head. Leftovers for living longer.

Weezing @ Leftovers
Bold
Ability:Levitate
252 HP/ 252 DEF/ 4 SpA
~Pain Split
~Thunderbolt
~Flamethrower
~Will-o-Wisp

Good wall for threatening physical sweepers. Will-o-Wisp physical sweepers or just switch to Registeel for fast specials. Flamethrower for Scizor and Forretress who nearly wall this team. Pain Split for lack of better healing moves. Leftovers for HP recovery. Nothing else is useful as items go.

Linoone @ Salac Berry
Adamant
Ability:Gluttony
116 HP/ 252 ATK/ 4 SpD/ 136 SPE
~Seed Bomb
~Belly Drum
~Shadow Claw
~Extreme Speed

The king of this team, Linoone. Now I've watched some You Tube videos, and from what i saw.....Linoone is a Thorn in the side of many teams. Belly Drum on a turn where a Poke cant do severe damage or enough to where i can still get off a Belly Drum, activate Salac Berry and frighten the opponent :) Seed Bomb is there for Waters or Grounds and Rocks that make it through....which i highly doubt. Extreme Speed for a very strong, STABed, and great priority move. It is the main attack of this set. Shadow Claw is for Ghosts(namely Shedinja and other Ghosts who think they can waltz all over this set). Salac Berry for obvious reasons; to handle what Extreme Speed doesn't.

Double Screen Memento Uxie is by far the ultimate supporter for Linoone, you NEED it somewhere on your team. With screens and halved attack and defense almost nothing non-fighting will do >50% to you. Plus, memento gives you a free switch in. I would advise taking out electrivire and yanmega to make this a UU team as then you can play in UU where scizor doesn't screw over your entire strategy.

Uh, Yanmega can't really scout for more than three turns (assuming it takes no attack damage) because it takes 50% from SR, so I would use something else like Breloom or Smeargle, because they take less damage from SR and have Spore >> Hypnosis.

I would go with something like this for Smeargle:
Smeargle @ Leftovers/Focus Sash
Technician
Naive, Jolly or Hasty Nature
252HP/252Spe/(Other 4 don't matter, I guess attack)
- U-Turn
- Spore
- Stealth Rock
- Endeavor (to annoy slow enemies and make sweeping easier)

For Breloom:

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
Jolly Nature
4Atk/252Atk/252Spe
- Spore
- Focus Punch (in case)
- Seed Bomb (also in case)
- Protect (for scouting)

This team really doesn't set up Linoone as well as it could.

Honestly, in NU Belly Drum Linoone was the biggest threat for a while. What made it dangerous was that under dual screens/encore/sleep, it could take out the one or two pokes that the opponent could counter with and then sweep with +6 extremespeed. I can't see it working in OU as easily as Linoone can't completely run through teams as easily. If you take out Electivire you have a decent UU team.

Project NU has a great article on BD Linoone: http://z6.invisionfree.com/Project_NU/index.php?showtopic=19

That could tell you more than I ever could in one post.

Too many things stop it in OU - using it is suicide. I would replace both yanmega and electrivire. For one of them I would put in this:

Uxie @ Light Clay
Levitate
252 HP / 252 Defense / 4 Sp. Def
Impish
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Memento
-Yawn

Almost nothing can kill it before it sets up because it's so bulky. Most of the time you'll just hit move 1 -> move 2 -> move 3 and then switch in linoone. Occasionally yawn can be helpful for sleep, but usually you won't need it. For the other spot, I'm not sure what to put in, probably something that can take care of steelix, linoone's greatest nemesis.

Thank you for the suggestions. If you dont mind, what are good substitutions for them(yanmega and electivire).

Ive made adjustments to my team. Yanmega were taken out and Uxie and Pinsir were inserted.

Belly Drum Linoone, to achieve its 'best' in UU, requires a couple of things to be an effective strategy. (1) Its counters and checks removed (Steel types that like Registeel, Steelix, etc. that resist the combination of Normal/Ghost/Grass or have enough defenses to take +6 attacks), (2) its specific supporters, and finally, entry hazards and good switch-in opportunities.

Dual Screen Uxie, as others have pointed out, is a definite. However, I strongly recommend Uxie to be in a slot other than the lead slot. At the beginning of the game, you have no guarantee of sucessfully pulling off a Linoone sweep, as Registeel, Steelix, and other defensive Pokemon can still shrug off your attacks and cripple you through the use of status and so forth. Scarf Rotom, a common scarfed threat, can easily outspeed and cripple and/or kill you before you Shadow Claw. For such reasons, you need answers to (1) specific Pokemon who can stop your sweep, and (2) the usual threats of the particular tier (depending on UU or NU). Now, as the RMT rules go, us raters aren't here to rebuild your team for you. But I would be happy to help make suggestions.

Some Team Members you should consider:
(I've only listed ones that make sense with Linoone)

51.png
Dugtrio: Trap pesky steel types, among others, and remove them from the game. This does not work on Levitaters, or Flying types, so don't try trapping Rotom and company.

483.png
91.png
139.png
Entry Hazard/Spike Users: Adding 12% or so to the initial damage your opponent's Pokemon take upon switching in can help get those crucial KO's, especially for wearing down your threats.

485.png
434.png
493.png
243.png
Lures: For Linoone to get in safely, and to remove his threats, you need to lure these threats in and then systematically take them out. You also need to make sure you have the initial threats of the tier checked to some degree, as otherwise they don't need to be checked if Linoone has no problem powering through them.

232.png
91.png
237.png
344.png
Spinner: The initial defensive spinners of the tier deserve mention for helping make sure Linoone isn't taking more damage than he needs to in order to switch in. Keeping a Toxic Spike absorber is also highly recommended.

A short list of solid counters, but other threats come passively. Just have 'em checked, and you should have a decent BD Linoone team.

Fuck ya, I just created a How To on Linoone Belly Drumming. Not really. Good luck with your team (making), hope I helped.

Oh, was I supposed to "rate" your OU BD Team. Ok looks good to me. ^_^
