New move round-up. Weirdly, a lot of existing Pokemon had Swift added as a TM (EDIT: this is actually because of some weird discrepancy between normal and Mega version learnsets where only the Megas get Swift. It probably is some weird quirk and not actually indicative of anything already in Sword and Shield getting Swift). I get the impression that these movelists aren't necessarily finished - a good number of Pokemon get nothing new but Endure and/or Swift, which are just learned by almost everything now. Alternatively, those Pokemon are just fucked and GF has no plans to rerelease them. Anyways, I'm going to use formatting this time a bit more conducive to LC. To demonstrate:
Fletchling - Will-O-Wisp (only Fletchling has this as a new move), Swift, Endure

The new moves are listed by the first part of the evo line to learn them. So in this case, Fletchling gets Swift and Endure (and by extension so do Fletchinder and Talonflame), Fletchinder gets Fire Spin (and by extension Talonflame), and only Talonflame gets Hurricane. Some moves are also now able to be learned by earlier stages but aren't new to later stages like Will-O-Wisp in this case, and are marked appropriately.
Pokemon are divided by generation, with Pokemon being sorted by their final evolution. If you see a Pokemon's name in parentheses with no moves listed, that just means none of the new moves are exclusive to the final stage of the line, but I wrote the final evo name for searchability. If nothing pops up on a search, nothing in the Pokemon's line got new moves (or I messed up).
As usual, Pokemon databases are an absolute mess and this list required a good bit of manual pruning so I may have made some mistakes with accidentally removing old TM moves or keeping in event moves that existed previously - let me know if you see anything.

As usual, Pokemon databases are an absolute mess and this list required a good bit of manual pruning so I may have made some mistakes with accidentally removing old TM moves or keeping in event moves that existed previously - let me know if you see anything.

Chesnaught not getting Body Press is super whack. Iron Defense/Leech Seed/Spiky Shield/Body Press would have been a pretty cool set :(
Rain Mence can also abuse rain-boosted Hydro Pumps. Not really sure if that's good coverage for it, though.
Doesn't Dragonite do it better with Thunder / Hurricane / Surf ? :)
Mence has better Speed, Special Attack, and can Intimidate opponents. Multiscale on Dragonite's nice, but unless it's gonna run the Timbs (which means no boosting items like Specs or Expert Belt), it'll lose its Multiscale to rocks or other forms of chip.
Stakataka learns Body Press, making it the strongest user of said move.
Gliscor also gets Power Whip as a notable new move, if I'm not mistaken.
But holy cannoli, all these new additions are insane.

No Dragon Dance for Garchomp? I guess even GF knew how broken that'd be.
Weirdly enough, Mega Evolutions seem to have different learnsets than their standard form (for example, Mega Latios doesn't get Aura Sphere and Mystical Fire), and some get moves that their standard form does not, such as Swift Mega Blastoise.
It's possible they didn't bother to change the mega-evo learnsets as tecnically you're not able to obtain them "already evolved" anyway.
Looking into this more, several Mega Pokemon have Swift while their normal forms do not (this explains some of the existing Galar Pokemon getting "new" move Swift). I wonder if this was always the case? The original learnset dump didn't have the Megas in it. The even weirder exception is Aerodactyl, who learns Swift (and always has) but its Mega does not. In the other direction, Mega Lati@s doesn't get any of its new moves, and this applies to some other Megas too - Sharpedo, Salamence, Metagross, Rayquaza, and Garchomp. It also applies to the Primals. But several of the Megas have some or all of their normal version's new moves too. I'm guessing adding the new moves to the vestigal Mega forms is just an afterthought that will be finished later, since obviously GF is still in the middle of updating movepools.
I also noticed that Slowbro's Mega seems to be scrubbed out completely of TM/TR data, indicating to me that it will become Galarian Slowbro's slot. Not that I see a lot of people thinking Mega Evolution will come back, but that's another nail in the coffin for that idea.
It's a small thing but some alolan forms had some lived at synching in places. Alola Raticate gets some of the electric moves that were only on regular raticate. I have a much shorter list up thread, though that doesbt accoubt for gens before 7
There are a lot of pokémon that are basically untouched, most notably the Gen IV-VI starters, along with a few Gen V and VI pokémon. These basically only got Endure/Swift, which seem to have become more or less universal in availability.
This makes me think that this is not a finalized list, that some pokémon only got the bare minimum of TM/TRs based on their old movepools and haven't been taken into consideration fully (yet) for new moves from SwSh.
And if this list doesn't get updated (other than for new pokémon/forms later), these pokémon that were untouched might be those that won't get added in the expansion packs.
You're pretty much right. Any Pokémon in the list that got new moves are basically confirmed to return in the DLCs, so the Gen 2 and 3 starters are confirmed to return, but anything that didn't get anything new whatsoever (Gens 4-6 starters) aren't coming back this year. So guys take the list with a grain of salt. Only 200+ Pokémon got move additions
