Torchic stuff

Hi Crashman,

I appreciate your input, but I have a number of issues with the submission as it stands.

1. I labeled Torchic with a *, meaning that its Little Cup list is identical to its level 100 list. The level 100 lists have already been evaluated here (linked from the first post of this thread), so any Pokemon already labeled with a * is trivial to do (unless the L100 list was not done correctly).
2. Please look here for an example list of combinations that features syntax Shoddy Battle can understand.
3. I don't believe Torchic can learn DynamicPunch at all, so DynamicPunch should not appear in Torchic's list.
