First off it would help if you posted evs/natures. For starters, it's not really worth it to go mixed on Mega luc, and Dragon pulse is kinda worthless. You absolutely need to carry either priority or a boosting move of some kind. Fly is a terrible move on dragonite, and assault vest doesn't really help him. Much better off with roost or Dragon dance. Aside from that, your espeon build seems really useless, i just don't see what is supposed to do. Finally your really ground weak which isn't good, especially since your only immunity has no means of recovery and can be worn down.

didn't put them in because i don't know them.

Really need you to follow the rules before any advice can be offered here. If you don't know your EVs and Natures, figure that out and try again.

Hi all these are the current natures and ev's for my pokemon please rate my team now and give advice on inprovements.

They aren't the EV's of the team. They are the stats that the Pokemon have. If you are making a team from the DS from Pokemon you have caught in the wild and you have been battling non specifically with them then it will be hard to know what the actual EV's (Effort Values) of these Pokemon are.

Effort values can give you an advantage competitively over your friends too as well as having the right nature.

Take your level 100 Lucario for example with a quirky nature. With the quirky nature it doesn't give boosts to any attribute your Pokemon has. If it was of an adamant nature for example you would then see more improvements in the base attack of your Pokemon at the expense of special attack. If you feel your Pokemon would benefit from this then you would train your Pokemon to this standard to maximize its overall potential. If you aren't interested in going to the trouble of doing all of the effort values of your team on the hand held, I strongly advise you at least get the natures right and here is why. I might be slightly off with the calculation but it gives you an idea before this thread gets locked;

Your Lucario LV 100 > Quirky Nature > 279 Special Attack (As you are unsure of EV's then they could have gone anywhere.)

0 Effort Value Lucario> Modest Nature> 292 Special Attack (With the nature relevant to what it can be, this one causes more damage already and it has never battled. This is the max you could get for the special attack stat with 0 EVs invested in special attack.)

Fully trained Lucario > Modest Nature> 361 Special Attack (Nearly 100 more special attack points of damage than your Lucario. I know which Lucario I would be choosing in a fight.)

If you are now looking at this and seeing the benefits of what successful breeding and training can do and you are unsure on how to do this then I suggest to you to do the following google searches;

  • Pokemon EV training (To boost the stats in the areas you want your Pokemon to be strong in)
  • Pokemon Breeding (To get the right natures for your Pokemon)
  • Pokemon IV breeding (If you want the uttermost maximum from your Pokemon)
I understand everyone has to start somewhere and if this helps at all then that is great. You might not want to do any of these things but it just gives you a rough idea of what it takes to make your Pokemon stronger and also the time it takes to make this happen too.

Hello.

You really need to lurk more, and to read the rules. I didn't delete all the posts in here because people clearly took some time to help you, but try not to junior-mod in general guys.
As for now, this RMT is locked until you actually can build a competitive team.
Peace.
