Mac OS X problems

Hey gys, Ive been having a really annoying problem lately.
:( well, here it is.

First I had this problem,
Help! When I download Shoddy Battle all I get is a text file! How do I get Shoddy Battle to work!??!

First, make sure you have Java installed. When you install Java, it should set up the correct file type associations. If you are certain that you have Java installed correctly, there are a couple of things you can do. Some users have reported success from using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox. blah blahblah
So I did it, then I had this problem:
Help! I have a mac/use OS X and when I start a battle the battle window stretches and I can't see my moves! What should I do!?!
so I fixed it, and now the big problem!
I cannot change my team what so ever
I cannot change pokemon, I can change everything else though.
Items, Natures, EVs, everything except what pokemon it is!
Recently, I have been able to use normal shoddy without getting a text file,
but their, I cannot change the pokemon either!!
Why is this??

I only have 1.4.2 and 5.0
(I use 1.4.2)
but the screen isn't stretching anymore,
the problem is I cannot change my team!

BUMP please I need (really really want to) play shoddy,
does no one know?

Everything should be fixed then. You need to show me a screenshot, you can take one by pressing the following, use one for the preferable solution:

Command+Shift+3
Capture entire screen and save as a file
Command+Control+Shift+3
Capture entire screen and copy to the clipboard
Command+Shift+4
Capture dragged area and save as a file
Command+Control+Shift+4
Capture dragged area and copy to the clipboard
Command+Shift+4 then Space bar
Capture a window, menu, desktop icon, or the menu bar and save as a file
Command+Control+Shift+4 then Space bar
Capture a window, menu, desktop icon, or the menu bar and copy to the clipboard

Or describe to me what is happening, thoroughly.

Sikh,
Their is nothing to take photo's of, I cannot change the pokemon!
I will try that, thanks, colin
EDIT: It works! Thank's so much!
And thanks a lot, sikh, for trying!
